Set up this swing set 3 days ago, and initially it seemed super sturdy. Directions were pretty easy and my husbands and I got it set up in roughly 2/3 hours (our 4y/o was also helping ). Already, every single piece of wood has cracked and started splitting. So that is super frustrating as it will need to be replaced sooner rather than later. Get what you pay fori mean, its cheap which is a reason why we went with this model lol. Otherwise, my daughter absolutely loves it and has been on it every day!
Even with a small backyard this swing set is a perfect fit!! Took my mother and I only a few hours to assemble/ even with eager kids causing frequent interruptions. My four/year/old is obsessed and wont get off the swing, and we bought an additional infant swing for my 1/year/old which was very easy to install and she loves to swing alongside her sister Very sturdy and high quality materials!! Super happy with this purchase!
Legs are uneven where the wood was warped, somewhat difficult to put together even though it looks like it would be fairly simple. Several predrilled holes did not align as they should. It worked out fine in the end, but was a process for sure.
Just put it together today and looks and feels very sturdy. It took me about 3 hours to do it by myself (and Im pretty good at assembling things), so I think a second person would be helpful. All the connections are metal and feels quite solid. Definitely recommend using the anchors that come with it to anchor to the ground, since it will lift up if youre swinging high. I wish they left a little more room between the swings and the A frames since I banged my elbow on it, but not an issue for the kiddos. Overall, great purchase, great price, smells aming (cedar) and perfect for cabin/fevered kids
Even in a rainy day the swing set looks great! My kids are 6 and 3 and they love it! I love it! I move it around by myself to mow the law. I move it around the yard inch by inch to rearrange the back yard toys. Its sturdy and looks great.
