Comfortable Easy assembly I like the style of the bed and I bought it because my daughter likes it too. But when the product arrived, we realized that the package had been opened before and a part of it was broken. We didnt want to return it because we started to build the bed and my daughter loves it so much. I reached the customer service and They immediately contacted me to solve the problem I had with the product and they solved the problem. Customer service was the fastest responsive customer service Ive seen in a long time. Thank you!
Daughter liked the birthday gift Box came opened on one end, but I was not home when it was delivered. It seemed okay until I took all of the pieces out. The fence piece by the headboard was damaged, as if it was hit by something. A chunk was missing, but since I was putting the bed in a corner, it would not be seen. Additionally, I had already waited two months for the bed to be delivered, and I did not want to wait any longer to set up my daughters room. The instructions need improvement, but I put the bed together by myself in two hours.
It arrived in good condition so easy to put it together We bought this bed for our toddler. Absolutely love it. It is exactly as pictured. However, like most of the reviews, it had missing parts. Dealing with costumer service has been frustrating. We had to send pictures of the instructions to just get the hardware sent to us. Shouldnt they know what hardware we need? Incredibly frustrating not entirely worth the headache. Weve had an unassembled bed in our kiddos room for a few days now. We ordered the grey bed it is a very dark grey. Ill update the review once the bed is able to be assembled.
Had to make new holes in one of the pieces because the holes were not where they were supposed to be. Some screws need to use a drill to screw in. Terrible to assemble and takes 2 people.
Looks nice from one side. It was hard to assemble because a lot of the pieces were not labeled with the letters from the instructions. There was one side where the wood was broken so whoever packaged it colored it in with sharpie to make it not noticeable? It is still obviously noticeable.
This bed is absolutely adorable and my kids LOVE it!! We bought this bed for my 18month old as she was already crawling out of her crib and I was afraid she would eventually fall. We did add a mesh side rail so she wouldnt roll out in the middle of the night. The bed shipped quicker than expected, however the reason for 4 stars is the slats are very cheap/flimsy wood and not even long enough to fit all the way across. My husband had to drill the screws in diagonally. Very poor design. Also, one of the fence posts screw holes was completely off (see photos) so we couldnt screw where it needed to be. It was our last post so we know all the others were correct as we followed the directions and the post itself was the exact same length as the others on that side of the bed. This bed took way longer than we would have liked to assemble, but we also had two toddlers in the same room most of the time so that didnt help. Pro tip: buy an Allen wrench head for your electric screwdriver, it will make assembly go way faster and save your sanity. Overall it is a super cute bed and my daughter loves it!

It was horrible to put together because they labeled several of the pieces wrong (even had the wrongly labeled pieces showing in the directions!!!) and we had to take things apart many times to get everything to fit correctly. Example.., Instead of the side pieces having a front and a back, one side had both fronts and the other both backs. A few of the pieces that go under the mattress were too short so we had to rig those. My daughter loves the bed so thats what matters. But plan on having to make corrections when you put it together.

It actually came at the beginning of February which we were super excited for. But we did not open it until last night when the room was finally ready to have it put up.
So many dents and bends on the bottom of the fencing, thankfully it was all where you wouldnt see it, but for the cost of how much was spent on it, I would have hoped they would have taken better care of their product.
The directions were ok to read, but only 5 boards were actually labeled, they placed a sticker on 1 piece and then hand wrote On the other 4 and then didnt bother on the others. So it took us 2.5-3 hours to set it up. Would not have been as long if everything would have been labeled correctly though.
Product seems to be pretty sturdy and it sits even on the floor. We are pretty satisfied with our purchase besides the many small imperfections on the fencing.
Great quality and design for the value It was kind of difficult to assemble but once we got the hang of it, it turned out to be super cute. Would recommend a drill. And its got a really strong chemical smell, also suggest opening a window and airing out the room a few hours or maybe all day. All Together my son loves it! UPDATE: If you have allergies, asthma, Or any type of respiratory problems, I would suggest building it outside and letting it air out for a few days maybe even wiping it down really good a few times too. Its almost 3 AM, me and my son are sick as a dog coughing because Of breathing in these paint chemicals.

So cute, but wrong directions
