    Scratches

The product came with scratches and covered in dust

    Cut uneven

These were cut so that they did not sit flush with the wall, are quite a bit less than 90 degree angle. After much finagling we managed to make them work, but would not recommend purchasing again. We confirmed the measurements of the wall to make sure it was truly the product, wish I had taken pictures before we put them up but it was probably 1/2 cm off either way… which is a LOT for a shelf… They are otherwise sturdy and a natural pine color which took up stain very well. Unfortunately the miscalculation on the measurement was significant enough for a 2/5 stars, IMHO.

    ITS IS NOT WOOD

ITS IS NOT SOLID WOOD. Its a kind of imitation of wood. Needed solid wood for a place that could get somehow wet

    Not very sturdy

I installed very easy to do. I decided to move it so i took screws out and the corner piece that screws to wall broke. Cheaply made

Cheap but acceptable shelf with wrong hanging hardware

Shelf isnt bad. It came with drywall plastic inserts that were too big and screws that were too small. Youll need to use your own hardware. The hardware didnt look right to me when I took it out of the box, but I tried it anyway. The result was the shelf loosely attached to the wall. I was stuck with holes that are too big in the wall with the big plastic inserts stuck in them and screws not big enough to hold the shelf in place. I found some larger screws in my garage, which made it slightly better, but still not right. If you get this shelf, dont use the plastic inserts and screws that are too small. Get some molly bolts or something sturdier and save yourself some trouble. Better yet, buy a better shelf. Also, there is no way the 4 reviews that are here before me (all 5 star) are legit. There is no way 4 other people bought these and had no problem with them.

    Know Your Wall-Have Tools

In order to get these in you need really, really straight walls. If youve got century old plaster dont count on these to fit. If youve got a bad mud and paint job you also might be out of luck. If youve got a newly built house you will be in luck. Strong enough for a heavy-ish figurine or maybe a vase. I wouldnt trust these with anything very heavy or extremely fragile.

    Works for our space

As everyone else mentions, this does not fit completely on both walls. There is a gap (see pic). We wanted a shelf for our cake box off of our desk and couldn’t find a good solution. I measured and thought maybe it could work. The cable box is far bigger and the whole left corner is not on the shelf but it works fine and the remote works from every corner of our bedroom. I hid the ugly cords with another purchase and was able to hold the cord cover in place wedging it in the gap. The extra cord on the other side of the cable box worked perfectly in the opening in the corner. It comes 2 in a box and we’re not sure where we’ll use it but all in all a useful purchase

    Not square

These are not square. I wanted something that would sit flush against the wall, but this was not it. I was so excited about these, so the quality was even more disappointing. I wouldnt recommend.
