Good product once it is assembled but mannnnnn the assembly is aggravating. Soooooo many pieces. Took us 5/6 hours collectively cause we made some mistakes. I love how the bed fits and looks but it definitely took some work Obsessed is a understatement!!
We love this product but we did not receive instructions with it to be able to put it together with ease and not have to question ourselves as we did it. Hope to improve in the future
With the bed being for Christmas, the parts missing was to hard to get as it needed labels from package that was not easy to find. We ended up mickey mousing the missing pieces to put the bed together. however I would not recommend anyone buy this.
We had little choice but to assemble and move forward but the product arrived with many chips in the wood and other scuffs, which made it clear the delivery was done with no care whatsoever. One side slat was broken, but it doesnt seem to affect the sturdiness so we put it in anyway. I would be returning
I know I wasnt expecting it to be easy, but it was harder than that. Plan on doing this with someone that is easy going and patient. Once it is done, looks great! Maybe because I was so proud we finally put it together. Its an okayish good product.
Good bed but it seems like every time delivers something, it has some cracks and dents its just not worth it to pack it back up and send it back I , especially when your four year old is freaking out with excitement!! Definitely a good product but work on delivery!

Yeah its a nice beditd be even nicer if there was a instruction manual that came with it. may be returning

Unsure if my item had been a returned box
Some parts on the wood was bend and has damaged dents Pretty but doesnt fit .
