    Feels a Little Top Heavy

Well made. It was just what I wanted. Nice bed for the price point. Putting it together was pretty easy. My 7 year old was able to do most of it with a little muscle help. The little plastic locks that slide into the top bunk to essentially keep the rungs in place are ridiculously tight and you cant get them in.not even with a hammer. I was worried I would damage the bed or break the plastic.and of course there are like 50 of them. We have had to rely on the weight of the mattress alone to keep the rungs in place. Its strong enough to hold an adult, but the bulk of the bed is overhead and the base seems a little insecure unless you secure the bed to the wall with the brackets providedmuch like you wood earthquake proof a tall bookshelfhowever.securing it to the wall isnt easy if you have any type of floor trim because the bed cannot sit flush with the wall. Either you will have super long screws and have them exposed a whole inch out of the drywall before they even reach the bed frameor you have to remove your base trim to have your bed up against the wall.

    Great, GREAT Value! Wonderful bed.

Will be ordering more. This bed is as sturdy as it gets! Time consuming but easy to assemble ( you need 2 people towards the end) and its super cute! Our daughter loves it!! PS. Its , so not forgiving for head bumps, etc. It is better for the 8+ age group.

Definitely read reviews! Sometimes cheap isnt the best.

So, for the price its a pretty good deal. Although, i would definitely take measurements and give about 8 additional inches. The way that its set up, you have to literally climb OVER the railings because there is no opening where the ladder is. Also, you cant change the position of the ladders so now that Ive put it all together my daughter cant use her ceiling fan because its in the way. Also, some of the screws are stripped. I wouldnt purchase again but since Ive already taken 3 hours putting it together, Im not taking it apart for a refund. Good for its value.

Great for a little extra space!

Very happy. This bed was easy to assemble and works for extra space in my sons room. It is perfect for what we need it for and the price was reasonable too!

    VERY close to perfect

Well built!! This is mostly perfect and i cant complain. Im very happy i got it. I read a BUNCH of reviews and this is the one I chose. What would make it perfect perfect is if it came with additional hardware to anchor it to a stud. Also it is awkward climbing up/ my 4year old doesnt have a clear handle at the top to pull herself onto the bed. But she figured it out it just took some practice. Assembly was mid/level easy. Lots of allen wrenching, and a power drill attachment can only be used on a few holes because of the angle/placement. The picture legend of the hardware did not perfectly match the actual hardware so i thought we were sent the wrong hardware (the dimensions drawn were different from actual). We made one mistake and had to undo/redo a small section. Not too big a deal. No squeaks and just a little movement when the kid is climbing/playing above. We put a queen bed beneath and it fits perfectly.

    Unstable, missing/damaged parts, poor design

I bought this bed frame because I was moving into a new apartment. I was so excited when the package came and was looking forward to it all week because of all the positive reviews. But upon assembly, I noticed there are 3 things majorly wrong with my bed frame. Am I just unlucky and got a lemon? 1) The package came with missing and damaged parts (+1 star for prompt customer service and part replacements): / missing 3 pieces of Hardware D so I cant screw on the ladder on one side / missing 1 piece of Part 7 so the ladder is incomplete / damaged foot of Part 3 made the structure wobbly / damaged deformed 1 piece of Part 9 so it wouldnt fit into the rectangular hole on one end / one of the big screws wont fit into the hole because the holes did not line up (YES I WAS EXTREMELY METICULOUS ABOUT LINING EVERYTHING UP) 2) Poorly designed: / the bars of the ladder is too thin and hurts your feet climbing up and down the bed / its difficult to get out of the bed because the cage is so high (I have a 6 inch mattress but Im afraid to get a thicker mattress to alleviate this problem because the bed frame is so unstable and wobbly// I dont think the frame can support the weight of a thicker mattress) 3) I fear for my safety. / perhaps its because Im missing some of the parts but the bed frame is EXTREMELY WOBBLY AND UNSTABLE / idk if it can actually support 250lbs. I have a 26lbs memory foam mattress and I weigh 105lbs and I can already hear the creak and bend under the combined weight.

    Nice bed.

Value. Love it, but it arrived with dings in the paint and corrosion stains. One end cap was damaged.

Quality loft bed for a great price

Worth a buy. I love this loft bed. It was a little wobbly at first, but we latched it on to the wall and it doesnt move anymore. Also I have an eight foot ceiling and plenty of room to sit up, and the steps dont hurt my feet.
