Good quality. I was concerned at first but thought Ill try it. Turned out to be the greatest thing Ive ever bought just really wish I had one as a kid. The slide is a little steep but he loved it after a while. Also nice form factore as it doesnt take up that much room or sit as high as I thought. Aming idea and well executed.
Good. I was surprised at how sturdy and high quality this bed was. For the price, this is a good quality bed. Many furniture items look good in the picture, but this one is the real deal. Solid wood, even the that hang at the bottom are thick fabric, not flimsy. My kids love it!
Perfect. This bed has been like magic / no more middle of the night visits from our 4 year old! He is so excited to be in this bed that he stays in it all night. I love the sturdy stairs and railing, the side rail is high enough for safety but still low enough that I can easily lift him over it after hes fallen asleep in his car seat and still transfer him to bed without waking him up (or bruising my arms pinching them on the rail). Its extremely sturdy / my husband climbs up in bed to read to him nightly and then i switch out and climb up for bedtime songs snuggles. Weve had it for several months and its held up well to this nightly adult use too. Great for keeping toys out of sight and organized (we put it in from of floor to ceiling shelves which was a great idea because now our son can actually use and access the top shelves while the bottom ones are used for more unsightly toy storage under the tented area. Best purchase EVER!!
Easy assembly. So the Assembly was t as difficult as I thought but definitely not easy as there is a lot of pieces! But my kids love this bed! I needed a low bunk bed that allowed for a full mattress on the bottom and I couldnt find one that I loved so I did this and it works perfectly!! I did have to make the tent shorter as there is a 10in mattress there but I think it looks pretty good!
Its not as sturdy as I would have liked but for the price it does the trick.
Not giving 5 stars because I would like it to be more sturdy and directions could have been more clear.
Better than expected. Only finished putting up yesterday, but seems great. Instructions could have been easier and words, not just photos would have been helpful. Even a video from the company would have helped. Overall, looks great and seems pretty sturdy. Only issue we see so far (less than 24 hours in) is that the front safety rail is a little wobbly. May need to secure more. My 3 1/2 year old loves it and is very happy. Looks nice as well!
Works great. What a great bed and play area. I wish I had bought it sooner so my son had more time to enjoy it. It is definitely a two person assembly job. Once its put together it is sturdy and high/quality.
Product is Ok for the price. Very nice looking bed. Not horrible to assemble. Customer service fixed the missing issue.
My complaint is that even though the bed is put together solidly (we triple checked EVERY bolt and screw), the bed is still wobbly. Disappointed. This was a gift for my daughter.

Wish I bought it sooner
Works great. What a great bed and play area. I wish I had bought it sooner so my son had more time to enjoy it. It is definitely a two person assembly job. Once its put together it is sturdy and high/quality.

strong paint odor
Basic. It has a strong paint odor, which is not completely gone even after 20 days. Extra screw were used to make the guard rail more sturdy.
