The bed is very nice for our 3 girls, but we had some issues with assembly. Several parts were labeled incorrectly, which meant we had to take apart several pieces and figure out what went where.
The ladder steps are also too short for the ladder to reach pre/drilled holes, which means the ladder is only screwed into one side of the bed. Overall cute and sturdy for the money, but Im waiting to hear back from the seller on the ladder steps.Struggle.
Product came quickly. We had a main support post very bowed / wouldve been a safety issue and probably impossible to install. They sent a whole kit quickly to replace the part.
During installation, we had three separate issues that wouldve required another reshipped part; luckily we extras from the replacement kit to pull from.
There were a few manufacturer defects that required us to rig a solution or use the backups that can in the replaced kit that was sent. Had we called each time, Im sure they wouldve responded quickly; but with that many defects, we wouldve been building a bed for weeks.
The stamps that labeled the pieces to match the directions were very difficult to read. Some of the pieces came chipped. Our packaging was horribly damaged when it arrived. Fast service.
First off its hard to assemble. It took about 3 and a half hours. its made so cheaply just installing it made scratches and damaged it in certain spots . we were being very careful. The bed doesnt support as much weight as it says it does. The slats are so thin and broke in half just from my 120 pound daughter laying on the bottom bed and it was installed properly ! Soo if ur buying this I recommend getting better slats from somewhere else that are more durable. Also I recommend not to get this if ur moving anytime soon.

This comes in three boxes, and one of the boxes was left at the warehouse so we had to wait for it to arrive. And one of the pieces clearly has water damage. We have emailed the seller and not heard anything back, however you cant really notice the water damage, so its not a big deal. It was on the face of one of the drawers.
Other than the awful assembly process, water damaged piece, and shipping delay, the bed is solid and looks great. For the price, its a good deal. However, if we ever move, the new homeowners are getting an L/shaped bunk bed because weve vowed to never mess with it again! Well made just what I was looking for!
First of all this item was late. Second a lot of the pieces arrived damaged and we had some missing dowels. Third my daughter sat on the edge of her bed and the bed rail broke. My daughter weighs about 56lbs. Cheaply made. They promised me a partial refund for parts I had to buy and for all the problems.

Its a great space saver, and goes together fairly simple, however it may take awhile to put it together. very stable.

Very beautiful and sturdy it was easy to assemble but just took me a long time to do itmy kids love it. Smart design.
Not easy
Not easy to assemble you better have at least half a day cleared to be able to set this bad boy up. Simple to put together.

Beautiful!! You will definitely need a little help to get it built quickly but overall my children love it This item was correct.
