Item arrived on time and it looks good. The leather feels great. Easy to assemble. Only downside was that it was packaged with less screws. I have not been able to use it because I was short of 8 screws for the arm rests.
I FINALLY PURCHASED THIS NEW CHAIR AFTER YEARS OF ADDING BACK PADS TO MY CHAIR THAT I HAD. THIS CHAIR IS WONDERFUL. EASY TO ADJUST AND VERY COMFORTABLE.

The Arms are not adjustable. The chair is very comfortable.
