This couch arrived in less than 2 weeks. I live on a third floor and needed a couch that came in individual pieces. Im a chick, I put this together myself so its super easy. I love the beige color and get some many compliments on this piece. I love that I can keep adding to it if I ever move to a bigger place
Our 4 piece section arrived today I am pleased. Its a very dark grey, closer to black as far as Im concerned. The pieces are certainly on the smaller side, which I expected based on reviews. We have ordered new 6 legs to replace the 3 plastic ones which I think will give the unit more presence. Currently its too low with the seat height 16. The rest of our furniture is 18-19 inches. The seats are comfortable to sit on feel supportive. We were impressed with the inguinity at how securely it feels once put together. I decided paying $600 for this small modular sectional was worth it I could actually get it in weeks, not sometime next year for over 5x the price. Happy customer.
This sectional has somewhat shallow seats. However, it fits perfectly in my back room, and as I am only 54 it fits me. I went ahead and got a second ottoman when I realized I could turn them sideways and push them up against the sofa. This creates a decent sized bed for company. Multifunctional. Its very firm and comfortable and offers support. Im very pleased and would recommend to others.

The boxes were very beat up, two of them had huge gashes deep into the corners of the box big enough to stick my fist through. One in particular looked like Fedex dragged it down the road for the last mile of delivery. I was worried about damage to the sectional given the state of the packaging, but was pleasantly surprised to find everything in perfect condition, no sign of damage at all to the actual product.
On the note of the packaging Id like to point out that each box had an extra strip of cardboard taped under the split between the two top flaps to prevent box cutters from cutting into the product as you cut open the tape. Im cautious enough that this was unnecessary in my case, but this kind of forethought goes a long way toward making me like a company.
Assembly was a breeze, everything needed was included, but having a 1/2 ratchet will save you a little frustration using the throw-away ones that come with the pieces. I had it fully assembled and put together without assistance in about 30 minutes.
Quality seems very good for the price. I was very happy to see that all bolts thread into metal inserts in the wooden frame rather than into the wood itself, so the normal movement and flex of use shouldnt eventually strip the threads and leave it wobbly. It feels very sturdy.
Its very comfy, the seats are a touch on the firm side, but not hard or uncomfortable and I suspect theyll soften with use. And the fabric seems strong but not scratchy, not likely to easily tear.

It was very easy to put together, maybe not exactly as strong or sturdy as I would like. And the fabric pulls quite easy...
