Purchased this piece for the entry way to put shoes, purses, umbrellas, caps, etc. I couldn't be more pleased. Quite easy to assemble. Very sturdy and good quality. I would definitely purchase this again and again and again.
If you had a drill, it would be very quick to install by yourself, but I didn't have one, so It took me about two hours to do it myself. It's easy to install and the quality is very good. It is not the same size as I imagined, but I still give this product 5 stars. Recommended products

The first one I received was broken. I contacted the seller who immediately responded and replaced the broken one very quickly. Very nice piece. Strong and sturdy. Nice looking.
I am really pleased with this hall tree. It's sturdy and adds a lot of storage/space for our shoes, book bags, jackets, etc... It was not too hard to put together, however there were areas where 2 people were required. I love the color and style it looks and fits my entryway perfectly! I would say the color is a slightly off-white which is perfect. Overall, this is a great hall tree for the price.

Directions were confused
Love it but directions were off by one board. Took me a while to figure out board 4 was really board 12.

My only reason for a 4 star is the back is flimsy cardboard that needs to be tact diwn to the slats do not sit right.
