i bought this after reading a number of reviews, so I decided to write a review to honestly let people know what this item is about. Obviously, it's not pure wood, notice the price? So those of you who complained that it was not real wood you need to spend LOTS more if that's what you want. The Hall Tree is amazing for the price! Easy to put together, sturdy, and worth every penny. It looks amazing and it is very useful. Thank you.
A little intimidating when I opened the box and saw all the pieces, but went together perfectly. Just need to follow the directions which I thought were very clear. Perfect for my smaller space and just a beautiful piece of furniture. So happy I bought it and highly recommend it.
The hinges didn't fit right.. We ended up creating an extra hole so at least one screw could go in, even though it needed 2 and neither lined up. Everything else is good though! Great quality, it's beautiful really. The hooks are holding up great with my 1st and 3rd graders backpacks. It's tall and tiny, yet has big enough storage to do what I wanted with. I just needed a space for all the gloves we have.
This piece went together fairly easily, the instructions were clear and well written. My husband and I put it together in about 30 minutes. You definitely need two people to put it together. I LOVE IT!
Found this while looking for a hall tree for our new house. This is sturdy and absolutely beautiful. Had a hard time connecting the bench to the coat rack considering we had to drill our own holes, even though it says not to use power tools. Regardless this is such an awesome purchase. I'm so happy with it!
