I ordered it Monday and I was quoted a free delivery for the following Monday. I received everything on Thursday in excellent condition to my Apartment door on the second story. My kids absolutely love this set. Dont go out there and spend 500 to 1,000 for a bunk set.
We got this for our 7 and 3 year olds, and its perfect! The price was great, and the quality so much better than I expected. Sturdy and great quality bed! The blue is really pretty. We did receive incorrect hardware and had to wait a week and a half for replacements, but the customer service was outstanding! So nice and fast about processing the replacement parts. I would definitely recommend this purchase! Solid and basic.
This was a quality product / materials were substantial, instructions were clear and accurate and I am satisfied with the bunk beds and the price. You can pay a lot more and get a lot less. The package arrived late but in good order / it comes in two big, fairly heavy boxes. Do NOT try to assemble this, however, with the allen wrench included. Use a cordless drill with a hex bit for the connectors and to drive in the screws / but be sure to turn down the torque so you dont strip out your hardware. I would buy these again. You also need a lot of room and should assemble them in the room where they are going as they may not fit through the doorway if you dont. Smaller than I expected.
Absolutely aming! Extremely sturdy, beautiful and high quality. I bought the white rail guards separately which do take away from the beauty of the bed, but once my kids get used to it, I can remove them. My husband put this together by himself in about 5 hours. We recently bought an 850 bunk bed with stairs and storage and decided to cancel the order and buy this instead and I cannot be happier. Thank you and stock !! These beds will last forever (I hope)
They separate into two beds which look great standing alone as well. I got them memory foam gel bamboo mattresses which were a little pricey but totally worth it now knowing this bed is going to be used for the many years to come. My kids are newly turned 3 and 4 and will be in bunk beds until theyre maybe 8 or 9. And Ill separate them and Im sure theyll have the same bed until theyre 17. Truly dont hesitate to make this purchase!!!!! Quality products.

This is a good sturdy bunk bed. because of all the small parts, it took me about 2hrs to assemble. Well made, easy to assemble and useful.
