The instructions were clear. It was easy to assemble. And I appreciated the extra bolts, even though I didnt need them. The seat of the chair is very firm, but its not uncomfortable. Im impressed all the way around. Nice!
This chair is so comfortable. I have 3 hour long lectures on zoom and this chair is perfect for support. I used to get sore sitting in other chairs but I can sit and watch my meetings and do homework for hours! Wow!! This was a great buy!!

Fits perfect in my office
The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the back doesnt quite fit the base snug on the ends. I like it.
