    Review from a 55 143 lb woman

I wanted a big gaming chair as they always appealed to me aesthetically and comfort wise and stumbled upon this one after hours of searching. As someone who had never assembled anything in their life, the instructions were very straight forward, though it took me some help from someone to lift the pieces so that I could screw the screws correctly. The chair itself is extremely huge and comfortable. The pillow rests way above my head so I had to take it off. The lumbar support is nice but I have to adjust it sometimes. I think it just takes getting used to. It lays back nicely for when I dont want to sit up straight so thats a nice feature. So far Ive had this chair for a day and I dont regret buying it yet, but I will update this review in case anything changes.

Dont buy if you are over 250lbs.

For 250 its not a bad chair but its also not very good. Im only 56 180lbs and I wanted something with a wide seat cushion and there arent a ton of options between 250/400. The biggest issue here is the foam quality on the seat cushion. Im 180lbs and Iv already depressed the top cushion down to the secondary layer. It does come back up when Im not sitting in it but once you sit in it again it just drops to the second foam layer. This may be by design and if it is thats a poor choice. the secondary layer is the one right above the metal/wood framing of the seat cushion that makes the core. I know this because Ive been selling furniture for 11 years and designing for 6 years. The manufacturer should use 2.2 density foam for both foam layers. Then this could be at least somewhat decent for heavy people. The frame itself seems decent including the bottom base near wheels. That portion at least is very well designed and noticeably smaller in radius than my Secretlabs brand chair. The tilt function is garbage. You should be able to lock at a tilt function but not this unit. For a250 chair you should be able to lock a tilt function. Besides the foam being terrible the overall quality of the chair is decent. The Lumbar pillow is a good throw in because ive never used a Vibration lower backrest support but its pretty cool. There is a on and off button near the female and male connection.

Big and tall Very Well Made!

This is by far the best office/ gaming chair I have ever purchased. It is plenty large enough comfortable to sit in for hours and the vibration pillow hits the right spot on my back. Well worth every dime. UPDATE! I purchase the chair in May of 22, I need a big man chair as I am 300 6 1, my last big man chair fell apart after a few years, I purposely looked of a chair that can hold 300+ lbs. and had a high back as my last chair only came up to the back of my neck. Looking at it measurements this one seem like it would work, once I received the chair it was heavy, I carried it to where my desk was upstairs and began to assemble it, it was easy to assemble and did not take a lot of time. I was very impress at the construction of this chair very heavy duty, no question in my mind that it was going to hold me, once I started using it I found myself falling asleep in it often, the memory foam is stiff but found after sitting for a bit it was comfortable for me, the high back is very comfortable with or without the pillow, it reclines very well and I never feel like it going to fall over backwards.(my old one always did, had to be careful not to go to far back) the arm rest has nice adjustments up, down turning in and out. The height adjustment of the seat is very good gets really high making it easy to get in and out, but can get low enough for my grandkids to climb in and out. It moves on the carpet and wood floors easy, the room on the seat, and back is awesome I dont feel like Im sitting in coach on an airplane but in first class! If youre a big guy you will love the room in this chair, the memory foam is subjective to each person. The only things I am not happy with is the arm rest are not as comfortable, the hard leather with very little filling in them hurts the arm after a few hours, also there adjustment of turning in and out dont stay where I want them to. I purchased some comfortable covers for them that help the pain. The other is the pillow even though it has elastic strap I have to pull it down to where I need it, if I get up it moves back up, sometime I just remove it. Those are the only complaints I have about the chair, other than that, I think the chair is awesome and I love using it everyday! If you are 6 or taller this chair will be worth checking out.

Looking for satisfaction, youve found it!

Im going to be real here. I am 59 and I am 390 pounds. I have gone through chairs more than I like to admit. I have lost a great deal of money buying cheap brands that tells you one thing but ultimately, the experience tells another story. Problem One: Within 2/3 weeks the exhaust on my chairs give out. This is frustrating, because I have not only a long torso, but long legs to go with it. When the chair is all the way down, my knees, my hips, my lower back, up to my shoulders and neck are strained. Sometimes I can lift the chair back up, but a couple day later it will go down. Problem Two: The backs of the chairs are usually narrow and short. Like I mentioned above, I have a long torso to go with my long legs. I am not the average person with the either or thing, I have both length in both areas. The back usually come to just below my shoulder blades. I never have support for my shoulders, neck or head with chairs. Problem Three: I am a large woman, with wide hips. Most of these chairs these days has those winged things on the seat. Some people like it; I DEPLORE IT! They always stab into my thighs, make my thighs numb, and cause pain when I get up from the chair. Now, this chair from s in my opinion, is a Godsend. Love: 1. The height exhaust is about 4 inches more than average at maximum height. 2. The back it wide and tall. I lean back, my neck is met perfectly with the head pillow. 3.) The seat is wide, flat, and comfy. I sit at my desk up to 6 hours at a time doing assignments for my collage class. And the best part, when I finally stand, my back, knees, or ankles arent stiff; therefore giving me an easy transition from sit to stand. 4.) The back pillow is awesome! Finally, something wide and square to really form to my back curve. I dont use the massage often. Its not because I dont like it, its because I dont need it. My back doesnt ache from sitting in this chair for hours. 5.) I love that I have control of the angle of the backrest. Sometimes, I like sitting straight up, other times, I prefer something a little less stationary. I love when I watch t.v. that I can adjust it like I would in the movie theatre. 6. My most favorite part of this chair is the rocking mechanism. I havent been able to lean back in a chair and rock without worry for a very long time. There is nothing that tells me I am straining any part of this chair when I lean back and rock. That makes me very happy. Only thing I dont like: I have an old shag carpeting in my room, so the wheels have a hard time moving, so I try and use the armrests but they move very easily, making it hard to push back in the chair, or move the chair to a place I need it to be. Other than that, I cant find any other fault with this chair. I once bought a chair that said it would handle up to 500lbs. The exhaust broke on it within 3 weeks. I was 460lbs, and I was not happy that almost every chair I bought died on me. I have had this chair for almost three months, the exhaust hasnt given out. I wont lie, I have flopped into this chair a few times on purpose to test the exhaust, and heavily landing in a chair would normally make the exhaust give out; NOT THIS ONE! Its going strong. I am so very happy that I finally found a chair that is tall enough for my legs, high enough for my back, and since I am still losing weight, I wont have to worry about the exhaust dying on me any time soon. Thank you, s, for finally creating a chair that meets all the needs of a big and tall person, without breaking the bank!

    Fantastic!

This chair is quality!! I am just under 300 and this chair didnt flinch at all. The seat is nice and wide as well! I can cross my leg under me and be still comfortably on the base. My only issue is the PU leather is VERY delicate. It actually came ripped slightly on the bottom. Looks like it was from the assembly line or something. When I was assembling in my home my nail actually picked the material slightly as well. My nails are super dull from my acrylics too sooo. I knocked off the star for that but only that!

Easy to set up, very comfortable. Seller responded to queries quickly.

Love it, check inside the seat cushion if youre missing parts.

Great chair! You get what you pay for!

When I was assembling this chair, I realized that the quality of the materials was quite good; however, the instructions could have been a bit better with a few steps; however, I love this chair! I bought a new chair and a new desk, and the chair was more expensive than the desk; however, as a big guy (over 350 lbs), a stable chair is important. This chair comes with a massage pillow, which honestly I took off the chair (so Im glad it was detachable). Otherwise it was just uncomfortable; however, we will use it in another chair. I LOVE that this chair can recline, so when I game, I can recline, and when I work I can sit straight up. Definitely worth the investment; Ill try to update the review in 6 months.

    Comfort 10/10 quality 7/10

Reason for quality being 7/10 is because joints get really creaky and you have to lubricate where the seat and back support thing is attached and also when you have the chair all the way up and sit on it it creaks really bad Ive tried lubricating it but it doesnt help whatsoever so I just leave the chair at its shortest setting. Overall rating of this chair is 8/10 and Ive owned it since may 21 and so far it really is an upgrade from my wooden kitchen chair and it really matches the rest of my gaming setup
