Got this for my small entryway, and it is a very good quality. Put it together very easily, and Im very impressed with it.
Im a little bummed about a few things, which is why I knocked down 1 star:
First, the bench seems to be a little short. Its actually good height for me to put shoes on (Im 55), but will be a little short for my 6 fiance. It will also only fit 1 adult comfortably on the bench, but could probably fit 2 kids easily.
Second, the drawer was enough to put my wallet and keys into, but because the bench is so low, I have to bend over to use it. So the drawer is going to be used as more storage for small items that I wont use, and Ill keep my corner on the island for everything else that I use a lot.
Third, this wont fit my high heeled booties, but does for my slippers and tennis shoes.
Even with my issues, Im still very happy with the purchase, and very glad I finally decided to get it.
Looks nice but did have a defect in the wood finish on a piece facing the front. Doesnt bother me much since it is covered by bags while in use. Definitely not the sturdiest. The bottom shelves are very flimsy and bend to weight. I would only put light things on those. The hooks surprisingly hold a lot of weight though. We shall see how it holds up.
A little better than average, for the price . Kinda wobbly, the hooks were to small so I got bigger ones. The paint job is a joke you can call it rustic, antique or what ever. In my book its called a lousy paint job.When putting one of these together using glue is a must.
It was very easy to assemble, looked stylish when completed, BUT the sides are just thin pieces of wood, the top shelf is pretty weighty and I can feel the wobblyness of the sides when I hang jackets from it. It does come with wall anchors, but they are visible if installed and also just loop around the poles to the wall. Wont help the wobblyness and will probably break if you put anything weighing more than 5 pounds on the top shelf, and coats will eventually warp the wood. Returned.
I am happy with this purchase. It was easy to assemble, it took me about 30 minutes. It looks nice and serves its purpose. It isnt as sturdy as I had hoped it would be, its a little wobbly. It comes with anchors to attach to the wall for safety, I would definitely recommend using them or it may topple over.
Perfect size for our space, but did not come with the hidden drawer that other reviews spoke of. One of the screws were stripped as well and another hole wasnt drilled down far enough. Seems sturdy enough for the price

I contacted by email as instructed on the assembly instructions but, no response. Guess I will need to purchase some hooks to complete the assembly.

Bench came broken!!
I was very happy with it until I got to the bench and realized it came broken very disappointed about that.
