I really love my desk! Im working from home 3 days a week and so needed to get a permanent desk set up so that I could have a defined working space that wasnt a complete and total eye sore.
this is really nice! I like having the raised shelving . I can tuck stuff in there that I dont use often and was able to put some plants and doodads across the top!
Oh my gosh assembly so thankful that my husband is such a patient man! He works construction and can do just about anything he puts his mind to. It took him a couple of hours to put my desk together.
The biggest thing I liked about this desk was that all of the holes lined up. The biggest pain is always that the holes never line up, so you have to bend, push or pull to line them up. But keeping the screws loose while you hand thread them all in first, then tightening them is key. Aside from that, I bought this desk to hold my collectibles, which the three large cubby holes allowed for all of them to fit in, as well as on top. The desk is nice and long, great for work/gaming as everything will fit without getting cluttered. So far, I say this desk is very worth it, especially if youre looking for a longer desk (L/shaped). Wood quality is also great, no splits or particle board damage. Screws did not strip easily, and tightened all the way. I would also recommend two people although one person and some patience ill get it built.
Its honestly just a good sturdy L desk with a nice shelf, its functional, fits a full sized gaming computer tower with little issue, the only gripe I have is that the long portion of the desk feels quite shallow as in your monitors sit quite close to your keyboard and can feel cramped slightly. Other than that its appropriate and very sturdy. Happy with my purchase.
My husband and I wanted desks large enough for double monitors and that kept us from sitting with our backs to the door. I also wanted to have some shelving for our collectables and what not. In order to accomplish that we needed to find something that could easily be reversed during assembly. This desk is everything and more. You definitely need two people to put it together and the ability to follow instructions purely on pictures. But once we got the first one done, the second one went by super quickly
I absolutely love this desk. I have my computer set up, a TV and Playstation system with my dual controller charger and a printer set up on it definitely much much better than the desk I used to have. I feel less cramped and have more space now.
Skill level to install: 2/10. If you dont typically have problems assembling something like this its a cake walk. The cross bracing makes the hutch very stable and sturdy. All prices for well with no defects. Bought two and would buy another. Seller was VERY responsive to any communication I had. Shipping was early. It was a tad messy to unpack but no more than any thing like this from others.
First this desk is VERY heavy / no, that is not a negative thing. Heavy means sturdy. The instructions were super easy to follow AND I love that it is not difficult to switch the bend from the right to the left if you so desired. I thought I would need a second person to put it together / NOPE! I put it together myself!!! I.LOVE.THIS.DESK! It fit perfectly in my space. The height of the desk is great for a tall person.and my lyboy chair slides in perfectly underneath it. I use 3 laptops at once and this desk has room for all three plus a 36 in tv/monitor, a desktop fan, I added 3m hooks underneath to comfortably handle the cables from my extension tower that I keep on the desktop as well. Now I know that sounds cluttered but it is not.and that is why I love this desk is ways I didnt know I would. Ive had people come to my home office and ask what furniture store I got my desk from.I always laugh and say one word / AMON!!!
