Springs are in the inside of the protection net.

Good trampoline my kids love it. However im a bit disappointed in seeing the springs are in the inside. Was looking for one having the springs on the outside. But paid to have someone to put it together so was a little to late to return it. But kids are having fun and enjoy it. Now we opted to get the thing built through . That didnt go well, the first people that were to build it never showed up. So we set a new date and time. Again they never showed up. found someone else and gave us 50 dollar credit. These people showed up and built it in hour and 45 mins was very nice guy. Took about two weeks and a lot of waiting and wasting my time at home just encase someone showed up.

Quality control was not very good on this item. Did not get bolts with package to put everything together. Had to go to Lowes and purchase 25 dollars worth of metric bolts to be able to assemble item.

Poles seem to be loose and due to the size it is difficult to move around when we need to mow under it.

Thank goodness we picked this one!

This thing is awesome and so sturdy! It took 3-4 hours for us to put together and we had some issues but figured it out eventually. When we picked it up to move it, it got a little crooked but we have an uneven yard anyway. Have had it a month or so and the kids love it. I buy on based on reviews so thanks to all that gave one for this product. With trampolines you should get what you pay for!

Love it, it was easy to build

Love it, it was easy to build, little misalignment of holes to put the bolts, but springs keep the whole structure in place. Really great to jump on it

My two kids love this trampoline. It is very well built and sturdy. I am not sure what gap other reviewers talk about. The safety net is fine.. I would recommend to anyone who want a trampoline at the back or front yard..

Heavy duty, should last if you care for it

We purchased the 16 trampoline and set it up for Christmas for our 2 boys. My husband and brother actually set it up in about a foot of snow, and it took them about 1.5 hours. The frame is very sturdy and heavy duty. It withstood record breaking snowfalls for the first 2 months of this year, and stood up well to it. I made sure to regularly sweep off the snow so the mat and springs wouldnt get stretched out. Kids love it, as do the neighbor kids. Its a HUGE trampoline and easily fits 6 small kids aged 7-2. We chose this trampoline because of the higher weight limit, and heavy duty frame work. We live in a place that gets frequent wind storms--not tornadoes, but its not unheard of for a couple of trampolines to get tossed into houses. They get worse in the summer so I am hoping this trampoline is able to withstand it. It takes 4 men to move the trampoline across the yard. This trampoline is still going strong, although it shows some wear and tear now. Its been through many windstorms, and its never even wiggled! (Meanwhile our neighbors had their trampoline thrown into their house twice in the same summer, causing a lot of damage!) our other neighbors were so impressed with the sturdiness of our trampoline that they bought one too, and its never been tossed either! Now, 2 years of being in direct sun has taken a toll in the spring cover and the blue flocking is flaking off and has caused a bit of a mess on the trampoline. The parts of the trampoline that were even just partially shaded during the summer are still in good shape. Only the section that has been in direct light all day is damaged. The plastic zipper also has sun damage and a few of the teeth broke off, so we cant zip it anymore. The net still does its job though, and we use the snap closures. We are hoping that we can replace the blue spring cover this summer, but not sure how, or where to purchase that from. Will contact the seller.
