One of the buttons for the armrest were dented in. Luckily they sent replacements in the parts so my husband was able to put an new one on, but it was a hassle! I love how comfy the chair is and my little one loves being rocked it in!
I just got it today. It was very easy to put together! The back support feels nice so far. The bottom cushion is a bit firm. It should be good for sitting in for smaller amounts of time. Might want to add your own small pillow if you will be in it for an extended amount of time. It looks great in my nursery!
Nice and sturdy furniture. Extremely easy to assemble. Fairly comfortable. Weeks on , yet not squeaky. Definitely not for large people. Could have been much better with a thicker seat cushion.

Just the Right Choice in Rockers
The arms of the rocker could be a little longer for ease in standing. Other than that, it is an excellent buy: cost, size, and comfort.
