This product arrived much quicker than expected so I was happy with that! When we opened the box there was small damage to one of the parts I called customer service where I was very pleased with Nick he helped us on a very professional timely manor! I highly recommend this product!
Gorgeous! By far one of my favorite pieces of furniture Ive ever purchased. The finish is beautiful and its very sturdy. Perfect piece and and incredibly functional addition to our laundry/mud room. Versatile for shoe storage, hats, coats, masks, umbrellas, etc. Love the variety and amount of hooks. Highly recommend!
Took an hour or so to put together. Used power drill for the hook boards and shelves. Also drilled hole through the side metal pieces to secure it to the wall. The straps they gave barely secured it and looked bad. But its a great piece at a great price.
I have knee and back issues. To be able to sit down and put my shoes on without tracking dirt through the house was worth the amount of time it took to put together
Construction SHOULD HAVE been simple. Fasteners with highest strip potential are put on at the most awkward angle.
Welds are questionable. Grinding was poor, too much material removed from the already thin base metal according to my steel fabricating husband.
I would skip this if I had it to do over.
Nice coat rack, especially for the price. However it is not as sturdy as many of the reviews made it sound. Also, one of the bars that holds the wooden coat hook board, the screw would not fit into the end to hold it in place. It still sticks out a bit from the side as the hole inside the bar must be warped.
Small piece of advice. Before you put on the top bar that the wooden coat hook board screws into, screw the top shelf on first! Otherwise the top bar is in the way to use the screw gun for the shelf! I had to remove the top bar, which wasnt a huge deal.
Love this entry hall piece! I have a small entryway and needed something with lots of room that was both functional and nice looking. This is the perfect addition to my entryway! Love the look and the sturdiness of this piece!
