Bought this a few weeks ago and just assembled it. Super easy to put together, they even give you a small ratchet if you need one. I ordered the rustic pine for that satin, smooth slightly washed wood look and what I got was that cheesy looking orangey 90s wood bed frame. Nothing like the pic. Really gonna be hard to find matching night stands that arent cheesy.
Update: ended up sanding the entire bed and it definitely helped tie in other woods and to get a more natural wood look. I like it much better. Bed seems sturdy enough but I cant give it more than 3 stars for the work I had to put into after spending more than $200.
The instructions and stickers on the pieces made this so easy to assemble. They included an actual ratchet that made screws easier, and even extra hardware for all pieces. You can tell that the people who wrote the instructions had actually put this bed together themselves. Wow! So inexpensive, well designed and great value for money. Way less expense and complicated and better looking than . And we have a West Elm bed that cost 10x more that is not as sturdy and well designed as this one. This is a great product and company.

We just moved and needed a king bed and after looking, pricing, looking some more, I settled on this frame.
I was so excited when it showed up (and that my husband was at work) I couldnt wait, so I put it together all by myself! Very easy, the instructions were very clear, everything was labeled on where the pieces go, and only took about 20-30 minutes to do!
We have 2 smaller dogs and wanted a shorter bed to help with them jumping up or down (afraid of the steps we bought them) and this is perfect!
Very sturdy, also. Have not felt any worry it would fall apart or end up being junk. I love this bed frame!! And its a great looking piece!!
Combined with the maple wood frame, cant image a Queen-size mattress/frame anywhere under $500 that could match this value and quality. Left-side sleeper and sleeping very soundly on the bed. For looks and functions its an outstanding deal when considering the sticker shock of mattresses these days. Excellent product.
