The jerry can is hands down the best fuel container available so I ordered two painted black. What I actually received just now is one each black and blue colors. They both appear to be in perfect condition. I have decided keep them both since I need to store different kinds of fuel but I now need to purchase another can. From my experience customers should not expect to get the color that they order, especially when they order the package of two at one time. It is possible that the description on was incorrect. In these days and times Im happy with this order and the fact that my order wasnt hijacked on a train coming out of LA. Thank you .
Fill nozzle works amazing on my 4Runner.not so great on my Silverado. Nice finish and feel, fill nozzle is hit and miss depending on the fill neck of your vehicle. You may spill gas all over your feet or you may not.
The included nozzle wouldnt latch. I ordered 3 cans and none of them did. If you press hard enough, you can force the latch down, but after a few seconds it pops open.
I ordered a non-CARB-compliant nozzle at the same time I ordered these. It latched perfectly with a nice positive lock. I wasnt planning on using the original nozzles in the first place, so this doesnt negatively impact me, but its something to be aware of.
My only other complaint is if you use the center carry handle, theres a sharp piece of plastic that will poke you.
Other than that, its a great product and Im glad I bought it.
A number of sellers appear to be selling similar cans, but this is the real thing. I ordered one at first, but will get the second one now that I know what Im getting.
The legit cans have the name stamped on one side, have the recess-welded seam, serial number imprinted on the center handle, and single continuous welds of the handle assembly to the can... theyre also about 6 pounds empty.
I dont mind paying this much for a can that will last longer than my Jeep.
The spout that comes with it doesnt quite fit properly. The mechanism doesnt lock in fullyat least not on mine. But thats ok because I ordered the sold separately, quality nozzle knowing the fed compliant one this company is required to sell with it takes away from the cans appeal and function. The government designed nozzle defeats the purpose of a jerry can. That being said though at least make sure the compliant one properly fits especially for the asking price of this product. So I recommend spending the extra cash for the accessory nozzle . It makes all the difference in the use and look of this can.
Ill probably keep the sheitte one as a back up and end up tossing it one day. That is of course after saving the gasket from it, the only useful part of it. Awesome can when all said and done. Get one now before inflation goes up and up and in a few months theyll have to sell them for $125. It might be close to that to fill it too. LGB!

Solid no dents and a great paint job
No dents, solid and a thick paint job. This should last for ten years or more no problem!
