I put this product together by myself
. It took well over 2 hours almost 3. The items are not labeled for easy installation. The glass holes were uneven so I fore went adding, which meant o had to modify where the string light went. Be careful when you install the drawers due to labeling. I had to take apart to fit almost perfect (off a little on the bottom).
The product is sturdy. It fits a 70 tv fine.
This stand is amazing. Took about 2 hours to put together because I didnt notice the tiny numbers for the pieces on the side. Overall, the quality is amazing. Its sturdy and the led lights adds an extra touch. I would recommend. I have a 55 inch TV and will be upgrading soon.
I usually never write reviews, but I ordered this 2 days ago, showed up early this morning (I live on the 3rd floor apartment), and put it together by myself in about an hour and a half. The instructions are just like instructions, which I found super easy to follow along. Each piece is numbered and all the screws and bolts are labeled too, so it makes it easy to put together. I know a lot of the reviews say its difficult, but I used a little $10 power drill and it made building it easier instead of just a screwdriver.
All of my pieces were intact, the packaging was very well packed and lots of styrofoam to keep pieces from breaking.
The drawer space is convenient and a medium size which is great.
Overall, I definitely recommend it for the price! Its functional, quick set up, and it looks great in our apartment!
It was a bit pricey for something I had to assemble. If youre not careful, you can also miss the direction booklet as you unpack the parts.
This one had several scratches in the plastic coating that you peel off, luckily I was able to buff them out. The packing wasnt damaged enough to explain the scratches so it happened as it was packaged at the factory. There are also small chips out of the black coating on the edges, again no package damage. (Luckily these could not be seen after assembly). Poor quality control.
The hardware is cheap. Ive assembled furniture with this type of connectors before. Good ones work really well. These, not so much. You can tighten them until you think they will break and they still come loose. I put glue on all the dowels as I assembled it, the directions dont mention this. I guess if they did, theyd have to supply the glue. (If you do glue them, make sure youre putting it together correctly!)
It is sturdy enough after I let it sit overnight and the glue on the dowels dried. Just dont drag it sideways too much. Theres not much holding those end pieces straight up and down. They will tilt out. I added a small piece of wire (used for hanging pictures) from the bottom rear of the outside pieces across to the bottom rear of the drawers. I made it fairly tight and screwed it into place. The outside legs now will not move out because of the wire and will not move in if the glass is in place.
The instruction are OK, you really have to pay attention to them as you assemble it, it can be done wrong.
The LED remote takes a bit of a learning curve, there are no real directions on how to operate it. Luckily it is a pretty common one for these types of lights, I have a couple like this already. Just play with it, youll figure it out.
Overall we like the way it looks. It should cost less, in my opinion.
Looks nice! Happy to have it, but the holes at the bottom base board were easily stripped and couldnt screw in screws because the particle board crumbles like bread Crumbs. I was disappointed. DO Not screw the legs on all the way. They will strip the board. The led light cords werent long enough to evenly put in same spot each side of glass. Other than. That it is nice. Took about 4hrs to fully assemble.
I have built hundred of and type furniture over my life, and I cant remember a single thing I have ever put together that gave me as much grief as this thing.
TIP: INSTRUCTIONS SAY DO NOT USE DRILL.....DO IT ANYWAY
The holes for the tiny screws are super narrow and will kill your hands after a while. All in all, the thing looks nice when done, but I would have paid $100 extra bucks for someone to do it for me.
