The cabinet requires two people to locate it in the house, especially when it will be used on the upstairs laundry room. Assembly time for one person is just over 2 hours. Yes my helper left after we got it upstairs! You will need room to lay it out for assembly. Found it difficult without the battery screw driver. Remember that Shelf Part G is marked H for hinge. Although it is expertly packed for shipping there was a bow in the one door. The Hinge pin was painted to the door but a knock with a screwdriver busted it free. This is a good quality. The construction and paint finish is superb. It compliments our laundry room where we replaced a white wooden cabinet.
While overall Im happy with this cabinet, there were a few issues. It is pretty heavy, so have someone around to help you take delivery and get it in your house unless you have a good moving dolly available. Although heavy, the cabinet scratches and bends VERY easily / see photos. The scratch was already there when we opened the box, as was a dent on the door. There was also some bending on two shelves, although it didnt effect them as it was the back tabs and not the top of the shelf itself. Everything seemed to be packed and shipped really well, and the box was in fine shape, so I was surprised to find the dents and dings. However, as I was putting this together I discovered that it wouldnt take much to dent or bend the shelves or individual panels of this cabinet. Assembled its fairly sturdy, but the individual parts can be easily damaged.
There was also a part in the instructions for installing the bottom section that said two screws on each side on tabs, and showed a picture of the tabs with two holes in them / But there was only 1 hole drilled on each side and there was no hole behind the tab for a screw to attach to anyways, so I just ignored it and left it with 1 screw on each side. It didnt seem to make anything loose or unstable.
The last minor complaint I have is the door hinge installation. Its easy, but there is what I would consider a lack of design or engineering on the door hinge at the top. To install the door, you put the bottom hole of the door on a hinge peg, easy enough. But at the top, there is a little spring loaded hinge with a J hook that you grab to lower and then put the top of the door in place and release the spring loaded hinge so it slides into the hole at the top of the cabinet. However, when you pull on the J hook you have to be VERY careful as it will pull all the way down, out of the hole at the top of the door, and swing around so that the peg wont go back up through the door itself. There should be a guide or limiter built on the inside so this wont happen. Took some playing around with needle nose pliers grabbing the J hook and twisting to get the peg back up through the hole. After this happening twice on the left door, I finally just used my finger to push the peg down and slide it in at the top and opened the door until the peg sprung into the top of the frame and everything was fine. Minor, but annoying and a waste of about 10 minutes of my time.
Overall though, for three hundred bucks its not the worst cabinet Ive purchased and I think its a decent value. I was planning on using it to store a lot of ammo cans on the various shelves, but Im not confident enough in the higher up shelves to do that, so Ill probably just put the first shelf on the bottom higher and stack them down there and put lighter items on the upper shelves. The brackets and adjustable feet at the bottom are nice, especially when you have a 120 year old house like we do.
As far as putting it together, its not all that complicated but if you have someone there to help you it will make it easier. You do have to put this down on its side and back in order to install some of the components. Its mostly just screwing the panels together, so again its not that difficult other than having to maneuver it around to get to tall the screw locations necessary for assembly.
Just put this together today. Came packaged REALLY well. Had framing around it just to protect it. I was able to put it together almost all by myself and I am a 53, small girl. I was even able to lay it down and pick it up when the instructions told me to. I just made sure I did it slowly and had plenty of room. Only one part gave me problems and that was popping in the top roof piece into place. That sucker didnt want to go! Had my husband pop that into place for me. The feet are adjustable which is good since my floor is not completely flat. Who knew? Seems sturdy. But I guess only time will tell. Came with 3 extra screws which is never bad and 4 keys. So I guess I now have 3 to loose Now to start stocking it with all my junk!

Decent product.
A bit flimsy, but it works for the price.
This cabinet looks sharp and fits the room.

Value for the money
Value for money for sure. Need to be careful to move where need it and once its at the place I think it be ok.
What?
Great except for the doors. Flimsy and the door lock is cheap.
Happy
Love it, cones with 4 keys took a while to put up but was worth it
Sturdy medium sized cabinet
Easy to assemble. Great price and nice look. Perfect for storing all tools and random stuff I need it for.
It seems to be sturdy
I wish it was made in USA not China. I plan on using it for storage.
