I ordered two of these sofas and wanted them delivered on the same day, same time frame. They shipped at different times, came in at different times and were delivered by different companies. However, this one came with a scratched leg and a tear underneath the sofa, nothing I couldnt live with. Customer service is impeccable. They provided a solution for me and Im very happy with the buy. The sofa is magnificent to look at. Comfortable and it def isnt too small (Im 59), I can lay down comfortably. The velvet feels like quality. A little pricy though compared to the other colors. It looks nice
So far, so good. Unpacked and assembled yesterday. Comfortable. Not cry about the lavender color, but at the time, the price differential was several hundred dollars between what I would have preferred and what was available for under 900 in five installment payments. Anyway, I will sit on the couch all weekend to stress test the tufting for the loose buttons that some have complained about. I think I can make it (the color) work eventually. For now, I feel that I will have to explain the color of the couch to visitors, lest they get the wrong impression about my taste in decor. I Would definitely buy again

sofa arrived damaged. the wood support attached to the sofa pierced the fabric on the underside of the sofa. I am moving in a few days and must take the sofa with me. I am disappointed in the quality
I was very surprised how tiny it actually is!. It is gorgeous but seems much bigger in the pictures.
Had to remeasure it and yes! IT IS SMALLER, NOT 85 WIDE/LONG but barely 78!
Then had a lot of issues with the delivery, 1 st, they would not do the time I had specifically acquire, next, had to reschedule due to no space on the truck . then, a sick driver, (I understand last part, but 3 times), finally, about 2 weeks later. WITH no prior call, at 9 pm! they appear at the door! (surely, was happy it finally had showed up and the drivers were very helpful, by the way) They did not even know no one had warned me of the delay or other issues.
Wanted to get a matching chair/ottoman . the price suddenly went up twice!!!
Still, sofa is beautiful but not true to the size! More like a love/seat or for a doll house. Delivery, get prepared to get in a while and rescheduled. Good but could be better
For now it gets three stars because of damage. but it appears to be a beautiful couch, just dont want to do anything else with set up until the damage is addressed. Will give update
Update: Customer Serves was supreme. They waisted no time getting back to us and even gave us a choice to return the sofa or accept a discount. This sofa is so beautiful and expertly made so We chose to keep it. in fact we are buying another one. This is a quality sofa and a stellar company. We recommend them 100 percent Overall, great value for the price.
