The table is nice and sturdy. Perfect for side tables. However, I did purchase two, and both of them had deep deep scratches on the top... both in different areas. I dont know if this is due to the packaging, or simply if thats how they are made.
Knocking off a star due to the scratches.
I saw this table on another site for 3x the cost. Same table!!! So I read both sets of reviews (marketing pictures used by both sites were identical). Thank you for saving me the money. Its a sturdy end table that works in a corner of the room, providing a place to put a lamp and set down a beverage. Its not heirloom quality (but yall knew that). It looks great with our new furniture and pulls the room together along with a few other small pieces. If I were highly critical Im sure I could find something to gripe about, but Im not and Ill just be thankful I didnt spend 3x the $ to get the look. If you are using it in a high tragic spot you may see some wear and tear quicker. But Im hedging my bets with it being in the corner away from the kids traffic!
We bought these along with the matching coffee table and are very happy with the set. Each piece took maybe 5-10 minutes to put together and had very clear instructions for assembly. We havent put a lot of weight on it, but it does seem fairly sturdy. Its definitely well balanced, as we have 2 cats that like to chase each other around the apartment and jump on top of these tables, and weve had no problems with them tipping over. They are a bit smaller than we first thought, but only because we didnt measure out the dimensions before purchasing. Overall, we are very satisfied with these side tables.
This table is so intelligently designed. There is none of that one part needing to face a different direction that another nearly identical part. Everything is the same. The directions are well composed and can be understood just by looking at the illustrations. I have to be one of the most directionally challenged people on the planet - there is seriously something awry in my brain - and I had no trouble at all assembling this little table. I put it in my brand new kitchen with Shaker cabinetry and Stickley sideboard and it in no way looks like a poor relation.
Its not wood, its composite but it looks like wood.
I got 2 of these and the coffee table. super sturdy and look great. Dont scratch up the floors even though I have 2 labs that knock into them all the time

Great simple look. Perfect as a night stand. Only took 5 mins to assemble.
