This product was really easy to assemble and looks great, I had no sturdiness or level issues with the frame. The negative reviews seem to come from bed bug infestations or damage from improper care, I experienced none of those issues. Overall this is a solid product and will save you tons of money.

Design of putting it all inside the back of the headboard is fantastic, the supplied tools were great, and thus far has been quiet, comfy, sturdy and pain/reducing to sleep on
Although the free delivery did not pan out as we are in a remote location, the bed (although very heavy) was packed so that it would fit on my roof rack and I could bring it home from the shipping company. The headboard is ingeniously designed so that all of the bed components fit inside of it for easy shipping and less chance for damage or lost parts.
The bed is very sturdy, looks great (just as shown) and a snap to put together. Highly recommended.
Very sturdy! Looks just like a version we were going to buy at a high end store. Glad I checked first! It all comes packed in one (really heavy) box, zipped in the head board. My husband set it up by himself in about an hour and a half. The slats are not cheap and add way more support than our old IKEA frame.
