I love the couch but I only received half of it
. After a 2 week delay in delivery, I only received the couch part and no attached chaise. I called customer service and still waiting for them to call back. horrible experience. I talked to the supervisor and they re/ordered the couch for me and gave me a very nice promotional certificate and e/mailed who responded to my email right away and said if there is a problem with the re/order they will take care of it promptly. So customer service was great. I am waiting for another week for the delivery and will update my review. The half that was delivered is beautiful so I hope I receive the full sectional so I can give this purchase 5 stars. January 25th update The chaise was delivered and the whole sectional is beautiful! Very happy with this purchase. It was worth the wait. Overall, great value for the price.
Lively color and design. After one week, squeaking developed in one corner and now the entire seating area is squeaking. So disappointed! Do NOT recommend.
The sectional sofa in my living room was broken down last month, so I replaced it with this one. I was a little disappointed when I opened the package, I thought the color might not fit in my living room, but I was wrong. It made my living room look elegant, with a bit of retro artistic styles. I was satisfied and couldnt wait to share it with others, so I invited my friends to my house for a party. They were full of praise for it when they saw it, the soft velvet fabric upholstery on solid hardwood frame are comfortable and flattering. Really excellent quality and reasonable price. This product was just what I needed
This couch has such a streamlined and vintage feel to it. I love the color and the tufting. I was hoping it would be firm and it is. It has a bit of a spring launch feeling to the seat, which makes getting up and off of it easier. The pillows that come with it are even great!
I photographed the cats because it was important to me that the textile would be the type that repelled all things that are annoying about indoor cats: fur, oil transfer over time, claws. This couch is super easy to vacuum fur off of, doesnt visibly show oil from their skin, and isnt the type of material that cats can sink their claws into! AMING
I have used a regular upholstery cleaner on it to spot treat and the color is steadfast and doesnt budge. I regularly treat it with a water repellant spray to keep it fresh looking. I love this couch and can see myself owning it until it falls apart. someday. Good Quality for Cost
Unique low profile style, very confortable, firm and cozy and the color is better than the advertised pictures. Very soft blue velvet and the cushion made with springs makes it sturdy but soft at the same time. Happy with the purchase exceeded my expectations, looks modern with a touch of a retro aura. We all love it!
I love love love this sofa!! Deep and comfy! Its beautiful and modern, and very sturdy. The parts to attach the sections together were already installed, so no sliding apart! Make sure that you get the legs out of the zippered pockets on the bottom of each section and screw those on before you place the sofa pieces and attach them together. Super easy to assemble and so worth the money!
Moving during Corona has been a wreck. All I could do is go off of reviews. Thankfully I came across this couch the other reviews were exactly what I was looking for. The couch is classic and a beautiful blue. Its super soft and extremely comfortable. From some of my taller friends who were helping with the move wished the the back was a bit taller. As someone who is 55 I feel its very easy to feel comfortable. All in all I loved the couch and would absolutely recommend. Functional design
This couch is breathtaking. Its more teal than navy to me but it so beautiful and I was so happy to see it came with the pillows. Its a must buy. I also got the carpet from as well and they matched perfectly. Good and inexpensive
My husband and I are really pleased with this purchase. We were nervous about buying a couch online, but this totally exceeded expectations. Totally worth it, really deep and cozy :D I like this one.
