Great product with fairly simple installation.
2 tips to help keep it from being squeaky/noisy:
1. The slats bang against the rail. I bought a 4 roll of foam weather stripping tape and put it on top of the rail.
2. When you install the grey plastic pieces that lock in the slats, make sure you install them the right way. You can put it one way and the slat can still wiggle which is on clanging. If you flip it there will be no wiggle/noise. Better directions.
My daughters christmas present, she loves it and the desk is nice size and awesome. The only complaint is it wiggles alot. Which scares my daughter and she thinks the whole bed is going to fall. But otherwise is a awesome bed for price and very easy to put together. Would definitely buy again.
Excellent bed for money. Great construction. Was put together by my husband and 14 year old daughter. Only looses 1 star for steps as they are quite hard on your feet. Easy to assemble. Very sturdy.
Decent loft bed, set it up good, except I miss read, that it only takes a double sized. I confused full size and my queen size mattress wont fit on top, so now I need to spend a few hundred more on a new mattress ffs Buy it again.
My kid loves her new bed but she hates how tall it is. I would say compared to her bunk bed this sets up just a little taller than the old one but shes 9. It will last her a few years until she grows out of it. I think it is very cute. I love the color and its sturdy. Thats all I care about. Thanks.
I got this loft bed for my 8 year old. She loved the color and the style of this bed frame. However even though we measured, the bed is so much taller than we desired it to be. The measurements online are correct, we just feel like its so high when you are on the bed. Also it feels very shaky when you are up in it. I used the straps to stabilize it, but the straps arent the best and I had trouble getting them to work out. The straps are made of some sort of nylon fabric but I will probably switch them to from the hardware store. This bed would be better suited for a teenager or young adult, however if they weigh more than 100 pounds things might feel a bit sketchy. My child weighs about 55lbs and I weigh about 145lbs for reference. Definitely wouldnt advise having two kids or people in it. Easy to install and strong.
Honestly was very wobbly and I was scared going into bed with her when she would ask me to read her a book or rub her till she feel asleep other then that she loved the outcome Average product.
The box is insanely heavy, so I had to open it and take pieces in the house a couple at a time. But everything was there, directions, hardware (including some spare parts). Took my 15 year old daughter and I a couple hours to put together. It wasnt terrible. The only negative so far is there were a couple spots that looked like grease or something. They wiped off fairly easy, but one also had kind of a rough spot in the near the ladder. Covered it with a band aid for now lol. Otherwise, decent bed for the price. Best purchase yet!
Awesome bed. Great for kids or even teens. But it just one person so was not difficult. Only negative was I was missing a bar for the upper bed. I wasnt willing to return, and wait on another for this soo the child on the top bunk cant put any weight on that last portion. Dont bother!
