My daughter wanted this, for a desk chair, for Christmas. I rolled my eyes and bought it. After she unwrapped it and put it together, I was shocked at how beautiful, sturdy, and comfortable it is! I even likes the color. My daughter has mid century modern taste and she she knows how to pull it together. She was right on with choosing this chair.
Assembly: the box was missing a few parts but customer service responded and took care of the situation. There are two wood pieces, screws and a swivel metal part. Directions come without words but my boyfriend figured it out.
Look: I pretty much bought this for aesthetics and wanted something to match my mid-century modern decor. I debated on what color to get and settled on yellow. The yellow is a bit more orange than I expected but its not a big deal.
Comfort: The seat is very firm and I knew that by reading other reviews. The seat is not removable (I wish it was so I could re-stuff it with something more softer). The velvet is very soft tho. Im only 53 so the height doesnt bother me. I cant imagine sitting in this for 8 hours a day at a desk however it is perfect for when guests come over (post covid of course).
Til;dr: if youre going for a mid-century vibe this is for you but dont expect the comfort or coziness of a recliner.
I had a problem with damaged goods upon arrival. When I contacted customer service, they responded very quickly and sent additional parts to me. Also, the chair is very fun, a nice bright yellow that really brightens up my home office! Plus, this chair swivels! I love it!
I absolutely! Adore This chair! I love the vintage look! And I am obsessed with the fact that its soft, comfortable, and it swirls! This chair couldnt be more perfect and its very sturdy and well-made! It adds character to my room and I couldnt be more happier with everything! The delivery and the customer service was very efficient and if I could I would buy all the colors of this chair! I will 100% be coming back and encourage everyone to buy this chair its the exact color in the picture and quality is 100% thank you very much

Easy to assemble beautiful great quality for price! Its hard but I dont mind because I wont be sitting in it long periods of time
