for the price, i really love the chair and what its done for me already. i love everything about it. the footrest, the armrests, the pillows for extra back support, and the massager. the recline and lift are great. most of all, I LOVE THE COLOR!
assembly was easy and the instruction manual it came with was good. came with everything you need to assemble and it didnt take me long, less than an hour.
my ONLY 2 complaints about this product are:
the armrests are not even. 1 is lower than the other by maybe a centimeter, not extremely noticeable but you do notice it if youre just sitting with your arms on the rests. i think this is because of where the holes in the back of the chair were drilled for them to screw into. i dont really mind this though because it was important to me to have armrests that connect to the chair itself and i dont notice the difference when im gaming.
2 is that the massager, which was by far my MOST FAVORITE part of the chair, has already gone dead apparently. it no longer works when plugged into my console or when plugged into a wall outlet. extremely disappointed about that since i also specifically got this chair for the massager option. hopefully will be able to get this replaced.
not as big of a thing, but as shown in the pic, the pulley for the zipper was also missing for the pillow that came with the massager.
For the money its great. I could use more butt cushion but I havent had any issues with it. My sciatic nerve acts up when I sit in a lot of chairs too long and I stream and havent had any pain from sitting in this for 5/6 hours.

I researched gaming chairs and asked people who had one. This was the best choice for the midrange price. Very easy to assemble. Very sturdy.
