Customer support from this company was exceptional. I think the bed was well made. Customer service was excellent and very quick to replace a piece that was damaged. I would definitely recommend this bed. I purchased two bunk beds for my growing number of grandchildren.

It looks really nice in her very girly pink room! It sits a little lower which is great for those transitioning from a crib or toddler bed!
It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait! Easy to assemble, took less than 15 min. Be sure to measure mattress height, as I had to purchase risers for the bed so that it could easily roll under.

The instructions are easy to follow.
One of the beds did not come with the right amount of large screws which was a shame. We called and told them which ones were needed. At first they told us to pack up the bed and send it back. They would send out a new one. We had to spend some time on the phone with them to help them see how foolish that was. All we needed were 2 of the large screws. They ended up having us purchase the screws on and reimbursing the fee. That too seemed foolish but better than taking apart the bed. The screws came but were not the same color as the others. It matters because they show. Still, we used them anyway. Outside of that glitch I still HIGHLY recommend this bed. Just be sure to check that all the materials are there before assembling it
this bed is awesome! ive always wanted a cute white bed this style. the finish was nice. everything is labeled. its very sturdy. i was honestly a little skeptical of buying furniture online. for some people it breaks immediately in half or the paint is chipped off. but mine came in great condition.
Cons: -the instructions show good pictures but if it had a couple words, that wouldve been more helpful.
-the medium sized silver screws strip VERY easily. theres a point in the instructions where you screw together a metal hook piece to the side piece of the bed. maybe if it came with pre-drilled holes it wouldve been easier. i just did that part myself but either way the nails stripped. maybe as a tip, buy different screws made of stronger metal
- the wooden slats dont exactly match up with the width of the bed. theyre slightly shorter. theres another point in the instructions where you diagonally screw the slats to the side piece of the bed. i just screwed the nail into whatever wood i could. maybe another tip is to attach velcro to the slats and side piece instead of screwing to keep them in place
Looks gorgeous and easy to assemble. I am pleasantly surprised at how sturdy this product is. I usually purchase things from but this item was more affordable and I preferred the design. It was easier to put together (than any item Ive assembled) and feels very solid. A piece was damaged during shipping and when I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement, they shipped it out express. Great customer service. I received it in 2 days and everything was good to go.
Good quality, looks fantastic I bought this bed for my son, it is really great. this bed is going to last longer than others we used to have ...I can tell from the quality of the material of the pieces.
Simple, unique and elegant We bought two of these and one went together somewhat easily and the other one didnt. The holes were off and the dowels wouldnt fit in at the appropriate spot. We had to go online and order more parts and that was pretty easy and they came quickly but still a pain to deal with that issue! Dont know about sturdiness because no one has slept in them yet.
Excellent value for money We got this for our toddler but it can be a great bed for everyone. The packaging was great with very little to dispose. Also I loved the attention to the detail. The screws are painted at the top to matched the bed. I loved it.
