I looked at bar stools in stores for 3 months before ordering these. They are a great product especially for the money!! I thought I would have to pay this for 1 stool and I got 2 for this price. Love, love, love them
We had the leather version of these stools. After a countertop upgrade we had to find a lighter shade for our chairs. Unfortunately these arent available in a lighter leather. The cloth stools are our next best option.

TIPS:
When attaching the legs, hand tighten the bolts to the seat frame as much as you can. It will save you a lot of hex wrench work later.
After the crossbars are screwed in go back and hand tighten the bolts at the leg/seat frame again.
Once you sit test and everything settles check tightness at all joints again
Love the chairs, but not meant thicker people. Theyre now a conversation piece in the corner. I have wide hips and sides were not as generous with room as Id hoped.
So close to a 5 star! The only issues I had were the holes that they drilled for you to assemble arent cleaned up. There are splinters and jagged edges.
Secondly are the bars that connect to the legs. The screws are too long and pushes the bars out so the are never flesh with the slots for them.
Lastly, one of my chairs has a bunch of loose grey balls rolling around in it. You hear it every time you move it.
Other than that, they are comfy, sturdy, elegant, and definitely worthy of their cost!! I would buy again!
P.S. / buy some fabric water shield spray and if you have cats youll need no scratch spray
I loved the reviews of these bar seats, and after having this item sit in my cart for a lengthy time, I decided to purchase them. Shipping was faster than indicated, which was a plus. However, the box was rather large with all the pieces jammed in there. It looks like the wooden legs were scraped up or hit in certain spots on each of the chair legs. I let it go, because honestly, whos looking down there. The chair seats themselves have a weird smell and are very hard and stiff. Almost like they were wet and then air dried in the packaging. This could very well be true because nothing was wrapped in plastic (only the chair legs in a very thin bubble wrap). I really wanted to love the chairs because they look great/but only from far away unfortunately. I have been unsuccessful finding a box to return because the box they came in was thin and partly torn and tapped up when it got to me and cannot be used again without fear everything will fall through. Im stuck with these chairs now I guess.
I purchased these and I havent even had them for 6 months already ripping at the seams. It stains so easy and when you clean it the water stains it. I have tried everything. These where not cheap chairs and I love their look but definitely not worth the money in my opinion. Now I have to look for new chairs which is so sad considering I havent even had these for long.

Too tall for us even though it said counter height. My husband made modifications now they are perfect and worth it.
Took me two hours to assemble both stools. One of the legs is noticeably scratched with a dent. They are too high for my counter but according to the measurements they should have fit so now I will have to cut all 8 legs.
My interior decorator daughter gave me a great tip /put a strip of painters tape over the nail heads, make sure you pat it down to seal and then spray with Scotchgard. Gave them two light coatings with no issues. They are comfortable.

Ripped at seems less then 6 months
I purchased these and I havent even had them for 6 months already ripping at the seams. It stains so easy and when you clean it the water stains it. I have tried everything.
