Like others have stated this is a cabinet more then a safe. If your just looking for a inexpensive way to secure your firearms without spending thousands then this will work for you. The metal could b a little thicker for more security. It comes very well packaged, but for the price wish the keypad came back-lit.
This safe/locker is as described good enough to store your firearms will keep prying eyes off whats inside can be a certain degree of protection from thieves that dont have time to get it open Im satisfied with my purchase the safe was packaged well and it contained all the included materials.
When the safe arrived I was very impressed with the detail they took to pack and ship this item, so that It would not arrive pinged, dinged or dented. Upon further inspection I noticed the battery box was damaged, so I called the vendor and had a new battery box within four days. Thats great customer service! This safe, for the money is a great value! I can store two rifles and my AR [with a scope] inside with no problem. I especially like the adjustable shelf, In its lowest position I can store four pistols in their soft cases very nicely. I like the lockable upper cabinet where I store two holsters and a few boxes of ammo. It also comes with an external battery backup that can be plugged into the keypad, thats in case you let the main batteries in the keypad die on you and you cant open the safe. This safe was light enough that with the help of my son-in-law, were able to move it to the upstairs bedroom, plus the included wall and floor bolts, when installed make for a stable fixture in the closet. Once again for the money and features this is a great value in securing your firearms!

It is not deep enough for my ar with a red-dot mounted on top of the scope, so had to put it sideway. hey but it worked!
I needed a gun safe that wasnt to large to secure my rifle and guns. For the price it is well made
and fits my need. I added two small battery motion detection lights and this helps to see inside.
