Super pretty bed frame! Was so excited when it arrived, but as we were putting it together we were screwing in the foot of the bed, and the hole for the foot was completely covered and stapled over with fabric. Had to cut an opening, went to screw the foot in and it was just a huge hole! There wasnt a screw to screw the foot Into the board. So now one of the feet of the bed is completely unstable and if bumped the foot completely moves. Not sterdy at all. Too much of a hassle to return, so now I am stuck with it. Other than that it pretty good so far.
When i received this bed it was left outside my door ups did not notify by knocking which is unsecure!! Also i am missing dang near the whole half of my bed how can i make a bed w no foot board no side rails or support rail as listed in parts list! This is absolutely unacceptable!!! Im highly dissapointed!!! the pictures below is all i received
There is a giant rip in the top corner of the headboard. Im assuming its because they ship it without much covering it except reinforced cardboard. The bed pieces stink like cheap wood and chemicals. Im sad that Ive wasted all this time searching for and buying a bed, partially assembling this giant heavy thing and now how to figure out what to do with the ripped headboard.
This is a beautiful bedframe. It did have some damage to the slats (one was split) and the fabric side for the base had a hole which is pretty easy to conceal. Great buy for the price.
Love this bed! It transforms my whole room, and I am so happy with it!
The wood parts of the bed is decent; I can only hope it will last long. However, with this price, I think this bed is fantastic and worth every penny! It looks beautiful and expensive once you fully assembled. The cloth is soft and nice, and the color is exactly what I expected.
Dont freak out if you receive only one package first because the second package is likely on its way. I received both of my packages within their delivery estimation window. I received the first package on the first day of estimation window, and I received the second package a couple days later. One package includes the headboard, the woods plateform base for the mattress, screws and small parts for legs. Another package includes the long metal parts for supporting the plateform base and the 3 sides of the bed frame.
It is supper easy to assemble. I am a woman, and I assembled this bed all by myself without anyone help in 1.5 hours (one and a half hours) while watching movie and play with my dog.
After all, I am very satisfied with this product and I am so happy that I made a really good choice!
One of the middle support posts arrived bent. I was able to repair it.
When you are putting the bed together, and have the headboard laying on the floor in front of you (the front on the floor, so you are looking at the back of the headboard), the LEFT sticker is NOT your left its left as if you were facing the bed all put together. So when you are putting the bed together, LEFT is RIGHT! I had to learn this the hard way haha.
Also, I would have loved if the wooden slats where secured with something other than screws. It makes it a bad choice to screw something into place if you are envisioning moving in the future. I just layed them on top and will screw them in at a later time. Maybe velcro would be a good options. Other than that, its nice and my daughter loves the look of it.
We got the two boxes together and never thought all the pieces that we was missing, was inside tge headboard haha, I emailed then, they soon told me to look on the back of the headboard so I did, everything was there, bed looks very style and clean! Great buy
