I really like the night stand. The drawer and shelf add extra storage. However, the top pieced a raised swirl of wood towards the back of the table. The lamp seems to hide most of it. I love it.
This was not difficult to put together. At first when assembling it, I thought it was going to a bit off but I was wrong and it looks great. A couple of the pieces of wood on the shelves was not completely smooth but it gives it a natural rustic appearance. For the price, it is great. I would definitely buy this again. The drawer is smaller than I had hoped and it can slide our easily which is why I gave this 4 stars and not 5 It looks nice
Ordered this to replace a very old nightstand. Pleasantly surprised that there was no particle board. All pieces are a solid wood (with the possible exception of the drawer bottom which is very thin, feels more like a piece of veneer). Everything assembled very easy. I thought the directions were easy to follow and was able to assemble by myself. I did after assembly have a wobble from the legs being uneven between the front and back. Not sure if I assembled wrong or legs came uneven. But it wasnt a big deal. I had some sticky rubber laptop feet leftover from fixing my laptop and put one of those on the bottom of the front leg. That fixed the wobble and it is now level. I would definitely recommend this, especially at the price offered.
I bought two of these after a LOT of waiting and trying to find what I wanted. These are decently made. Not fantastic. The tops had to be replaced because they had manufacturer burn marks in the from the planers they used and they looked dreadful. Completely unacceptable. I am also disappointed because the photos show are SOOO MUCH LIGHTER than the actual nightstands which are farrrr darker. Just not as happy as I had hoped I would be. These may end up as living room stands and not bedside stands because of the fact that they didnt match.

Real Wood (no MDF)
Not too difficult to assemble. The only piece that isnt solid wood is the interior drawer bottom, otherwise its all solid wood (Pine).
