I had a contractor install and had misplaced the water diverter knob. I contacted company thru and they replaced it for free. You can’t find many companies that actually put their customers satisfaction before anything and the product is great,too.

Customer care are very responsive, even at midnight. The shower head was broken and they sent me a replacement very fast at no cost.
Love this shower head and especially love that I have the option of the handle faucet. Looks great and works great as well. Would definitely recommend it.
Matte black finish is beautiful. Clean crisp lines, functions as advertised. Appears well constructed with quality material, expect years of trouble free service. This is a great addition to our shower upgrade.

Great shower with good pressure. NOTE: If you are over 61 this shower might not work for you because the shower doesnt tilt up only side to side.
