I didnt have any issues with assembly or delivery. Couldnt have been easier or more prompt.
It looks great and after quite a few months the leather has held up well and is only getting better looking (I will occasionally remember to use leather conditioner, but rarely). Mine has seemed incredibly sturdy with none of the unsupported back issues that have been mentioned by others. It is low/profile and not exactly the kind of couch one sinks comfortably into, but then I knew all that. It is, however, plenty comfortable and attractive enough that it gets compliments from everyone who sees it.

This is an overall great sofa. Delivery was great and it was ridiculously easy to put together. The fabric on the couch is more like microfiber than velvet, which is perfect for us. The green is a nice deep hunter green. It seems pretty sturdy, though it looks like the frame is made of plywood. Time will tell if it holds up, but for now, I feel very happy with this purchase. Getting lots of compliments. perfect.
We were a little scared about buying a sofa online without sitting on it or seeing it in person, but this sofa is fantastic! Easy to put together, just the right look we were going for, comfortable. Would recommend! I need.
It is nice and comfortable. Hopefully it holds up to all my kids. I gave a four star because the color isnt as it looks online. Its just a normal gray. In the photos it looks brownish gray and that was what I was expecting. Luckily I hadnt purchased any accessories yet. Awesome product.

This sofa is comfortable and the fabric very soft. It has a bit smaller scale than a regular sofa of the same length. Great for smaller spaces. A little bit of squeak to the frame. Just fine.
We absolutely love our couch. It is not the most comfy, but its soft and great for a nap with a blanket. Most importantly, its so pretty! We love the dark green color, and we love that the back pillows are attached. Assembly was the easiest thing in the world, as it was just adding the legs! So happy!! As expected.
