    Sturdy, space/saving

This is a great way to make use of a tiny room. The storage space underneath is great! The bed itself is sturdy enough for an adult. The only cons I have to report were: 1. the instructions were a little unclear. They are all pictures, no words, which is handy for people who speak and read different languages, but it would have been really good to have a little bit of explanation on a couple of the steps. However, I managed it all by myself over a couple of evenings. 2. The ladder and ladder/opening are pretty narrow. If you are an adult with hips, it is a tight squeeze. But overall, I am very happy with how this turned out and it turned a tiny room into a really useful space. Better than expected.

    Great bed, we love it!

Thoroughly pleased! My baby boy 5, loves his new big boy bed. The bed came in two boxes, one long one around 150lbs and a box for the desk, around 30lbs. I purchased the Clay. I have been in search of a suitable bed for my child for a few months and I choose this bed for a few reasons 1.Solid wood, most of the contenders were not solid and had particle board, I considered the Low Study Bed, Dark Cappuccino for reference 2.Weight limit, this has a 400 lb weight limit that he can grow into and I dont have to worry about it breaking down 3.No Proposition 65 Warning 4.Neutral color, he has a dark wood chest of drawers and this fit in with existing decor 5.Desk storage included as he has a small room It took two days for install, started on Sunday afternoon at 30pm, finished at 9pm, had whole bed installed except for desk. I took wine breaks lol. Desk installed next day and took 20 minutes. Only needed help to connect side rails, everything else I was able to do on my own because I am a beast at all things. All hardware/wood was accounted for before install and that took some time as well. Instructions (44pages) are visual only and very simple to understand. I only encountered two issues. Item 1A bookcase, I had to swap pieces 1920 as they were backwards. And I was not able to add one of the corner screws for the desk, hole mismatch possibly, did not want to force it and damage anything, left it be. Pretty sturdy. Due to it being in a temporary location until we move, I did not secure all of the wood slats on the bed frame, just the middle and more than secure. I also skipped the corner bracket install for the desk, its pretty solid and can do without. I opted for a 8inch mattress but it think you could probably get away with a 10inch. Also there was a light order from the wood/paint, it has dissipated in the past 24hours. No real damage to the wood, just a nick on one of the shelves and one side of the desk was slightly discolored. Overall worth the 540, going to put a sheet over front so he can still have a little secret cave to play but this is a great buy. I would suggest this bed. I was pretty hesitant to buy as it had not reviews but here you go. Works great.

Worth it, with 1 change to instructions!

We are in LOVE with this bed! We have a 6yr old and a 1.5yr old. This low bunk allows us to save room in their small bedroom while having peace of mind that our littlest one wont fall out of a higher bed. They LOVE it. It was very easy to assemble, only one hiccup when following the instructions. We would definitely recommend putting on the top side rail BEFORE drilling the bed slats in. The instructions tell you to do it the other way, but then you run into the issue of having to undo the bed slats so the side rail doesnt hit a bed slat. Its beautiful and came neatly packaged and organized by type so we could quickly ensure we had all pieces. You can tell this is real wood and it will hold up. loves it!

    Very Satisfied

Awesome product. Did need 2 people for assembly. Bed is really sturdy, great quality. Better than alot seen at top furniture stores. I used memory foam mattresses so actually had to buy extra wood slots since they do come with 7 slots for the top bed and 7 for under bunk bed. So it was not enough. Had to buy 14 extra wood slots so the mattresseses had extra support. I mean if youre using a regular spring mattress you will probably be fine with the wood slots provided. Good,

    Safe and sturdy

I assembled this by myself in about 3 hours. It is very sturdy. Finally Im not afraid to climb up and read stories on the top bunk. The kids love the ladder compared to the previous one which hurt their feet. I also love that its not too high. Feels safe and sturdy. 3 month update: I still love this bed for my kids. Its just as sturdy now as the day I assembled it. Very good value.

    BUY THIS NOW

We went to look at furniture stores but the beds in store were not within our budget. This came to be a really great purchase and my son loves it and can grow with it. Hes 2 and we just transitioned him to this bed. I like the idea of the bottom bunk being basically on the floor. Great purchase Assembled Quickly.

Easy to assemble w/ 2 people

Looked at a lot of different low bunk bed options and opted for these for weight capacity and price. Took husband and I about 1hr 40 mins to get together. Was pretty easy to follow instructions. Would have been horrible to do as one person. So far impressed with quality. Paired with 8in matress. Makes guard rail pretty low but still manageable. This works.
