Arrived earlier than expected. Bunk beds were a little hassle to put together because the parts didnt come labeled you just had to go off the pictures in the instructions and assumed you got the right ones. Other than that they are very good material, my kids love them. Bottom bed pulls in/out very easily. I would definitely recommend and if needed in the future I would purchase again as well! Smart design.
I just spent most of two days putting these together all by myself and I just love the end product. I only had one spot that didnt line up exactly but its not a problem. I also bought the three mattresses from ! I am one very happy customer!! Simple to put together.
Great bed. Definitely a space saver for room sharing. Only thing I was not happy with is the instructions. They were missing a few pages. But if you have common knowledge of building youll be okay This item was correct.

The majority of thee wood was defective. If I was more critical, Id say none of the wood was satisfactory. I was sent a second bed told to keep the best pieces send the rest back. The 2nd was better (if thats saying anything!). I ended up keeping the best of both..
Didnt come with any hardware / we emailed for a replacement package. They did send it but sent normal ground mail and we had to wait without a bed ( we took the old one out ). The most disappointing was they didnt offer to make it better , or do anything to rectify that . Not really even an apology .

Arrived before expected. Main box was busted up on both ends and pieces were sliding out of it. Some pieces scuffed up. However, we were in a bind and needed the bed like NOW so we kept the bed. All pieces were there, assembly went well and easy, sturdiness is good and value for the money is great. Grandchildren love the bed! It is only 5ft 2 in height which makes it awesome! Pretty bed! Packaging just left much to be desired. I recommend the bed as long as the packaging is in tack. Quick ship.
The directions arent the easiest to read, but its a good solid product. Not all pieces fit perfect. The quality is pretty good, its not wobbly at all. This is really easy to assemble and pretty sturdy.
