Update: customer care reached out again with a more seasoned agent and sent me return labels.
Buyer beware! Two chairs were ordered by mistake and I contacted the seller immediately. They refused to return one or cancel an order and told me I could just return it once the shipment arrived. However returns are almost 50! And both chairs are terrible. One is lopsided and the other has tons or wrinkles in the material. Cheap chair, I wouldnt buy, unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount to return it. Pretty but doesnt fit .

I have two of these chairs in different colors. They look nice and feel soft. Theyre not comfortable. Good but could be better

The wheels are not the greatest they stick and are not a smooth roll. Chair seems cheaply made Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.

The chair foam could be better. I have had it for a couple months and it already looks flat. I wouldnt use it as a everyday chair for work.
