I bought this a few weeks ago so far, so good. Its really comfortable. Support is good. It feels real sturdy to a big guy like me (about 320 lbs). It was pretty easy to assemble, too. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about is: I thought it was a high back chair. It is not. It sort of looks like a high back, but not for a 61 or 62 person. No major problem there, because it didnt say it was a high back chair, and I guess I shouldnt be sleeping at the computer anyway. Bottom line: I like it a lot. If the back was a little higher it would be perfect, but still I would recommend this chair.
This is a decent chair, but the back is NOT very tall. It comes up to my shoulders and I am 6. I wanted a high back with head support, I like to lean back while on the phone at my desk. If you are tall, the seat does raise quite high. I ended up giving this chair to one of my taller employees and ordering a different chair with a true high back.
I really like this chair, unfortunately its about 1 too high for my husband. He has circulation problems and short legs (29 pant length). It cuts him just where it makes it uncomfortable but I like the quality of the chair so much I bought him a foot rest. Which is probably better for him anyway. Chair is big, roomy and sturdy.
So far so good! Easy to put together once I figured out that you need to sit on the edge of the seat to push it down into the back of the seat bracket so you can align the bolts and holes. (It is just firmly cushy and hard to push down.) Everything else went smoothly. The bolts are all labeled and bubbled on a card. I used an adjustable wrench to torque the Alan wrench for tightening. Very pleased with the comfort level of the chair and the seat width for my wide fanny. I will, however, place a small lumbar pillow in the back to have it more upright and less slightly reclined. (I am using it to weave at a loom which requires I lean slightly forward. The height of the chair is also a factor in weaving / higher than normal is required.) Nice looking. Well see how it wears.
