Im very disappointed with the way this was delivered. Two weeks after ordering I received a call requesting to schedule the delivery. I set it up a time frame and was told no one would have to be home and they would just put it in the garage for me. I made sure to make a point of this because I knew Id still be at work when it was delivered. The woman I spoke to reassured me. That was not the case. My Dad happened to be in the area and drove by my house just as the truck arrived. He stopped by to help the delivery guy out. The driver refused to put the package in the house or garage. He said he wasnt allowed to help with it all. The only thing he was supposed to do was leave the package at the end of my driveway at the road. Mind you the entire ground is snow covered. He said the people you talk to on the phone will tell you anything you want to hear because they already have your payment and the delivery drivers obviously dont work for that company. (The truck said RI Carriers.) My dad had to then load it into his truck and take it up the driveway. It came on a pallet. 6 or 7 boxes wrapped tightly together. One of the boxes had 5 holes in it. Thankfully the wood was not damaged.
The bunkbeds were fairly easy to assemble. It took about 2 hours or so. The instructions were clear. It is a nice looking sturdy bunkbed. My girls slept on it for the first time last night and loved it! I also purchased 8 inch memory foam mattresses and they fit perfectly. I wouldve given it 5 stars had it not been for the misleading delivery information. Love the color and it was very comfortable
Looks like it does in the picture. Great for my granddaughters room. Solid construction. I would rate it a 5 star if it wasnt for the instructions. The instructions are bad. It arrived on time
We bought these for our two sons, 13 and 9, for Christmas. I researched and read reviews for days before I purchased these bunk beds. These beds are beautiful and sturdy. I will agree with some of the reviews that the instructions are not clear, and you have to use common sense to put these together. It took my husband and I about 4 hours to assemble them. It really only took a screwdriver and the included Allen wrench to put it together. It was easy to move the staircase to either end of the bed. The beds will easily convert to two twin beds since you have to put the top bunk together and then lift that bed onto the bottom bunk. It is secured in place by a large dowel and screws at each corner. The drawers are lined up perfectly and slide easily both at the end of the staircase and under the beds. I love the wide staircase rather than a ladder. The steps are plenty big for their feet and they have a place to hold on as they are coming down the steps.
I will update this review if anything comes to light, or if my boys have anything to add. Its a good product
We bought this for our two grandsons for their visit during Christmas. Our daughter had commented that they had wanted one after seeing a friend of theirs have one. The bed arrived very well packed, so nothing was broken. It actually took us awhile to get it all unwrapped since it was so well wrapped. It took my wife and I about 4.5 hours to get it together, although that included a small dinner break in there. The quality of it was much better than I expected as it well finished and very well made. Overall it went together fairly easily, although there were a few instances where the directions were lacking, or just not very clear. All of the hardware was very nicely packed in their own individual little bubbles, so no searching for the right kind of bolt for a particular part. That is very much appreciated over having to dig through a bag full of bolts and screws and having no idea which one goes where. Once we got it together we actually put up some Christmas wrapping over the door to their bedroom and had them unwrap their gift. To say they were excited about it would be an understatement. They took an instant liking to it, with the only problem being which one got to sleep on top. While this bed was not the cheapest one out there, it was well worth the money spent on getting this. The boys are super happy with it, and were extremely happy with the quality of manufacture. This is a set your kids will love if youre in the market!! It is ok for the use.
The bed is made of solid pine. I did not like the black slats and replaces with my custom made pine slats / I wish they had option for that. Overall I like the fact that it is in a reasonable price range and is not made of glued paper dust.
Oh my. This is so worth the price.set up I an hour.the delivery people were so nice.my son and a friend could not believe how little we paid and how great a product this was.and we found out the bottom will convert to a full size bed.wow.Thank you for a great bed.
This bed is perfect. Its solid, well made and looks great. The drawers are a welcome bonus. It arrived with some damage, but the customer service was fantastic and replacement parts came very quickly. My only suggestion/a gate at the bottom to keep younger siblings off the top bunk.

Delivered in many boxes curbside so you must have someone to carry it up for you. The bed is great, was easy to assemble. Delivered fast and in great condition. I bought 8 inch mattresses for it and its perfect. Highly recommended! Best quality product
