Used this in a new vacation rental. Had no trouble putting it together. It only lasted a couple months before a major break. Lady just checked in and broke it. Probably didnt get used more than a handful of times. Product is Ok for the price.
The trundle doesnt come with a track rail or guide, thats my buffer dissatisfaction. Its a nice and sturdy bed but it Knicks, chips, and dents very easily. Im happy.
This could actually be a great bed. Dunno bcuz it feels like it will take me FOREVER to put it together. They shipped the bed WITHOUT instructions and hours later, Ive only managed to assemble the base and ONLY because I d the pics and instruction manual (which is not very clear). In case anyone else purchases this and it comes without instructions like mine did, Its not clear but it helps (a little).
I really want to give it a higher review but the lack of instructions kills it for me. Too many parts. Assembly is a pain.
I love the look of this bed but I dont think it will last. The slates are not sturdy at all. I got this for my 10 year old. Might have to buy extra support. I dont feel comfortable to even sit on it. Not best.
Took hours to put this bed together. Soon as was together, and placed mattress on top bed, main frame piece broke immediately. Not worth the money, or time. Buy something else
The company reached out to me and issued an apology and a full refund. They stated this has never happened before and must have been a flaw with the manufacturer. The company was very apologetic and sympathetic to my ordeal. Very nice customer service agent. You need alot of patience to build this!
Its a nice bed, although we tightened the screws well it still feels a bit unstable. Some screws made it difficult to fit the assembly. A drill must be used to fully mount the assembly. Comfort.
We ordered this bed for my daughters and like it. Like others, it arrived with damage to a couple of pieces. However, I reached out to the seller and they immediately sent me another bed. I donated the other one since it was still usable.
Wish I had gone with the one without drawers though since its 80 more than the one without and theres not even a track for them under the bed, they just kind of slide around on their own. Best for price.

Quality bed / very sturdy and well made.
The bed is very well made and fairly easy to assemble. Very pleased . Quality product.
