Its small but so cute and comfy! We got this product in two separate boxes. All of the contents were there, and the screws and allen wrench were also included. The labeling was non-existent on most of the pieces. So the directions were very confusing due to the fact it often referenced these labels that did not exist. Through the pictures and persistence we got it together and Im very pleased with the result.

But once it is built it works well. It stays in place well. Bottom portion handles 400lbs well.
This was a hard setup to find, full over queen but worth it.
It does wobble a bit when kid climbs to top bunk bed but nothing out of the ordinary. The steps to climb up are on the thinner side but kid hasnt complained.

The box was broken and there werent enough screws. My husband is a genius. Ill try. Ill trust God that the screws dont break. The first purchase of my first bunk bed was very good, just the same material, so Im not very happy
Would buy again and truly recommend! This is not easy for a woman but I did majority of the work and allowed my boyfriend to finish. Its a lot of pieces but sturdy. It does make a lot of noise if you have active kids
I got my moneys worth. I purchased this bed for my 7 year old who asked for a bunk bed. It was easy to assemble I did it by myself with a bit of help from her. Overall its a great bed but my only issue is that it needs more support on the sides to make it not wobble a little bit. I know when she is moving because I can feel it. It doesnt bother me but I wouldnt allow her to jump around up there. I got a 6in mattress which is perfect. Only thing is I bought a twin and not a twin xl but I put a body pillow at the top like a head board.
Ease of assembly and comfort are most important to me. Met my expectations. So 4 stars are for the bed and price. 0 stars for delivery who must have thrown the boxes around over and over. So much so that parts were damaged and falling out of boxes. And im not being dramatic. Because I had such an issue getting this bed and its all unpacked and huge Im not bothering to return it. But very unhappy with delivery.
The assembly wasnt as hard as others say. I had all parts, but not one extra screw. Bed is sturdy and no noise at least yet.
Again for the cost, Im happy with it. was super devoted to making things right and that I appreciate but really it was far too difficult to actually get this bed delivered.
Top is full xl and that what mattress I used 6 inch. Bottom is queen about 10 inches high with a 2 inch thick topper.

Also - the materials in general are very cheap so I dont think its going to last long. Certainly doesnt explain the price that is more than double of the regular price point.
The good news is that it was an easy assembly all in all, despite the missing parts. needs to learn from and send extra parts. That would have made things much better because that way we would have had enough of the needed parts.
The kids are happy with their new bed, so thats also a good thing and why I didnt give only one star.
exactly as described and more It took me some time I mostly cried lol cuz nothing was fitting in the right spot you have to really pay attention where you are and how you are putting everything ir it will take you longer and then youll end up loosing your patience like I did but my father said that to take your time and dont rush it or it wont work and I agree!!!
