Wonderful bed ! Easy to put together . Had missing parts and contacted and they did everything to help me get them as soon as possible ! Would highly recommend getting this bed from this company. Very sturdy and great for kids ! This item is good! Satisfied.
my six and three year old girls needed new beds and this was perfect for the price. Only draw back was the weird instructions but I managed to figure it out. Well made and packaged.
The trundle is so dangerous and rolls around and slides on tile. Only the two front wheels lock but they still slide around because the whole product is so light weight. Any child who steps on the bed would go flying. I dont even know how I am going to fix this problem. It doesnt help that my mattress is also a product and is lightweight memory foam. The mattress also slips around as there is nothing to hold it in place. The first package was missing several part so we had to order a second one.
Great for the price! We put it together without any difficulty, thanks to my husband who is good at such things. Had to use orange oil to take off all the little stickers. It seems sturdy though and is exactly what I was looking for in my guest room. Good value! Good quality.
The item looks and performs as described — functional and sturdy, with tight tolerances and precise angles. What I am mostly impressed by was the simplicity of assembly and the precision packaging. It was packaged to withstand a fair amount of abuse in shipping (which it received), and judging by the condition of the box, I was prepared to see scratches, dents, and scuffs. Surprisingly, everything inside arrived in mint condition; the packages were individually wrapped and zip/tied to safely protect the pieces. Foam inserts were expertly placed. It also came with a ratchet for assembly, which is a welcome first. Ends were labeled with numbers. Well done! My daughter love it!!!
I would have given it 5 stars if the instructions were a bit clearer. It did take me exactly 2 hours to put them together. I had a plan. I laid them all out on the floor, followed the numbers, put them where they were supposed to go, but that took about 15 minutes, LOL! The drawings are not too easy to understand, so I gave up and just used my logic. Then everything went like a breeze. I did it all by myself and it was not easy, not physically, but the bed is very nice and sturdy. If you are planning to but mattresses for this set, FYI the memorial foam mattress is nice if you dont like spring, but unless you buy the Tempurpedics, you may feel the bars when you sit on the bed. Love it.

Looks nice, need better instructions
