Love this chair, its exactly as described. This is the first time Ive used delivery service for a larger item, and I am sincerely impressed with how smoothly that process works! Not only is the product perfect, but the service is unbeatable. On time, polite, and went the extra mile to get the chair into the room I needed.
This chair is perfect size. I am 53 and I can sit very comfortably criss cross apple sauce :) Its sturdy yet comfortable to sit on. I love everything about it. Delivery was impeccable!
I ordered two of these for our family room, and I couldnt be more pleased. The color (stone), the softness of the fabric, the quality of the pieces, the size and comfort of the chairs, and the delivery were outstanding. They arrived about three days earlier than expected and were well packaged. The boxes were huge. I did a lot of online shopping to find these chairs, and I was nervous about getting such an expensive item online. However, I trusted the reviews and was not disappointed. I love these oversized chairs. They are, as others stated, firmer than they look, but they are very comfortable. I like furniture that allows you to curl up with your pet, a blanket and enjoy a movie, music or a good book. This is that kind of chair. I cant imagine anyone not being happy with this item.
Its a big chair but its not THAT BIG. Definitely a hybrid between a regular living room chair and a love seat.
It fit through my 28 wide door which I was thrilled about, so rest assured youll be able to squeeze it just about anywhere!
Its comfy but its not as soft as youd expect. After reading so many reviews I was expecting to sink in to the chair, but its actually more firm in my opinion.

A bit skeptical ordering without trying it out but, I absolutely love this chair. First, it is the perfect color for my formal living room - its a light-medium grey. Im a petite woman and I fit in the chair with my 7yo and 2 shi-tzus The chair is medium firm - which I prefer so that it keeps its shape over time and doesnt turn into a slouchy messy piece of furniture. But very comfortable and is my cozy new reading niche. The packaging was very well done and 2 men delivered to inside my house on the time promised.
I love this futon chair/bed! The fabric is quality textured. The color is a warm rich brown. It is firm and very comfortable. It is great for lounging and watching TV, then converts to a super comfortable bed. It was easy to assemble. I did it myself! Both the printed manual and video give perfect do-it-yourself instructions. I use it in my office/man cave. The cup holder and USB ports are great pluses! I compared this futon chair bed to all the others on and found this to be the best buy for exactly all the features that I wanted! Buy it and you will be delighted!
I love this chair. It is perfect for our media room upstairs and will be great for when my kids have sleepovers up there. We also have the pullout couch by this same company and both work well and look good together. The cup holder and usb slots are a fun add, and I love the storage area below the footrest. I will say o didnt understand how the back of the chair laid down at first. For others who might wonder, you pull the back of the chair forward until you hear a click and then you can lay it down where youd like it. Obviously this chair isnt made for full time sleeping but for a kids sleepover or a guest staying over, it is perfect.
This chair is solid and it works great in my office. It is really firm so if you are not in to that, best to avoid the chair then. Assembly wasnt too difficult and when assembled the chair is very solid. The USB ports are not the best but they do work. My order showed up in 2 boxes on 2 different days so dont freak out if a box is missing on delivery day.
