Edit: My daughter plugged it in wrong. Reducing a star because the manufacturer could label the plugs better so they are easily seen, especially if its that important for the bed to run properly. Original post: Product assembled quickly. Unfortunately the electronics will not work. Standard troubleshooting fails to remedy the problem. Extremely frustrating. Will adjust my review if the problem is resolved.
My feet hang off the mattress when I am sitting in upright position and I am only 5 7 and it is gave me swollen feet. I have to place a table and pillows beyond bed to keep my feet from being swollen. The frame does not bend to the sitting up position in the right place, it should be further down on the frame. I only gave it 2 stars for being soft enough, otherwise it would be less than one star.
All the parts came in one box which was nice except it made it a little bit heavy it was easy to put together and the remote worked well enough but there was no zero gravity spot that I could fine if you dont weigh much its hard to work with I will hundred pounds for anybody else I would say its perfect I wouldve kept it
Wow! So cool. It was already set up. Chose which leg height-screwed them in, plugged it into surge protector and turned it over into position. Totally need two strong persons to move. I kept my old mattress-25 years old. No problem with using same old mattress.. Remote is easy to use. Cant wait to try it out tonight
I love this base so far quite motor and after a month no problems at all Remember while you have the unit on its side to get the serial number for your warranty rather than sliding under it later to register it Lol

Not long enough for feet. Frame moves upright position and does not bend far enough down.
