The adjustable legs are horrible . I purchased this bed over a year ago and I wasnt using the bed much so I failed to notice this defective portion of the product. I am now home more and use the bed daily and what a disappointment because I love every other aspect of this bed frame; well it could be lighter in weight . Oh lord its so heavy. The legs never stay locked into the height position I need them to and they are unstable and all end up at different heights. Every few days I have to readjust the legs. The frame is extremely heavy and it is a huge hassle. I honestly dont care about adjusting the height and just want stable legs that are safe and effective. I plan on getting a bed frame that this one can rest on because the legs that come with it are honestly, in my opinion dangerous. I am concerned the bed is going to collapse at any moment. I hope the manufacturer will address this issue. I am keeping the frame because again every other feature I love but the cheap unsafe legs it comes with are trash and are my biggest issue with this product. I have looked into buying replacement legs that are not adjustable and hopefully more stable but I cant seem to find a product from this manufacturer that would work. And most others come in a four pack and this bed requires six , and honestly I want six because of the weight, again sooooo heavy. Im a 30 something adult man that has always been fit and in shape and I struggle to lift and move this frame. I can only imagine if this bed was owned by an older couple or some one sick , they would be crushed under the weight. If there are any hacks or adjustments I need to make or a safe non-adjustable leg set I can get for this product I would gladly take any advice. Thank you.
Delivery sucked. But once I got it in and Im a 58 year old disabled petite women. Im 53 weight 107 lbs. I wrested with this and got it put up alone. Dont do that, get help if you can. It has been worth the $800.00. I wont go back to a standard bed frame. You wont regret this. You will need to keep your owners manual that is with the frame. That has the serial number and you need that for your warranty. It has the different legs for bed height. I only used the 6 or 8 inch ones. Plenty of light and storage and mine in on a area rug. I dont have a headboard yet so I cant help you. The bed functions just like it states. My favorite it the snore. I fall asleep and stay asleep alot better. Never knew that was a problem, guess it was! I used everything I had to not lay the bed down until i got it in possession to put the legs on, then lift and remove items to set it on the floor. Please get extra hands if your blessed enough to have family or friends. You will be pleased with this purchase, im really happy with mine.
Love this bad! I have a sleep number adjustable frame and this is just as good for half the price! So amingly easy to assemble… REALLY! Effortless and so comfortable.
Good bed for the money , this is HEAVY , make sure you have someone to help you set it up....Setup is easy , and took less than 20 minutes , without reading directions!! Remote seems to function fine , however a little light and flimsy feeling...I had a problem with one motor , and after a few weeks , the company did good and sent me a replacement free of charge!! All in all , a great bang for your buck here!!
Awesome alternative to big brand adjustable beds! Assembly was easy, however the frame is heavy and awkward to turnover. After I got my mattress in place I realized the height was a bit much. I put mine together with the 8, 3, and 2 inch leg sections. I used the jack from my SUV to lift each side of the bed to remove the 2 inch section.
The remote is great, I actually like the keys light up blue. Gives me a little light in the dark but not to much. It did randomly unpair once. Repairing the remote was easy to do though and it hasnt happened since.
Its been hard to find a compatible bed frame (that I like style wise) I went with a floating/wall mounted headboard instead and have no problem using the frame as is.
My only suggestion for the next version would be to have smaller brackets like the one at the foot of the frame to keep the mattress from sliding side to side. It doesnt slide much but I have made a habit of pushing the mattress back into place one a week.
This was later than promised and arrived with damage to the box and the frame. The massage function would only be useful with a paper thin mattress. Everything else works and the frame works as described. I received alerts in advance for delivery but recommend the install because the frame is EXTREMELY heavy.

Not worth the money.
Not the companies fault. It didnt fit. I had to by different fittings. This is something brand specific when ordering.
