We needed a chair that could turn into a bed and this looked like it would fit our needs. We are very pleasantly pleased with how easy it was to use straight out of the box. We love it. Also very comfortable as well.
We purchased 2 of these elsewhere and are very pleased with them. They are very attractive and can be used in a number of configurations to match changing needs. A note to those intending to use this as a bed - it is somewhat firm, but not uncomfortably so. And a very nice feature is that the size when fully open is pretty much that of a standard twin bed, so most peoples linens for a single bed will likely fit. Many other products we considered were much narrower and wouldnt have been suitable for single size linens (or probably for a human being to sleep upon without falling onto the floor!) We have every expectation that well be able to open these, make them up, and have guests sleep upon them. And while we havent tried this yet, we think we may even be able to push the two together and use them as a king size bed (wed use a conversion kit to strap them together in that instance to avoid separation during use) for situations where we have couples who want to sleep together. And while we dont feel its necessary, we may look into a twin size mattress topper just to add a little bit more softness for anyone who doesnt prefer their mattresses on the firm side.
This is a great alternative to a full-time bed in a guest room. We can now set these up as chairs or loungers to use while watching tv, reading, etc., then in under a minute have them open to twin size beds for sleep. We highly recommend these!
I researched many options for guest bedding and I cautiously ordered two navy blue ottomans, not quite knowing what to expect. The delivery was seamless — right to my door on the fifth floor of a high rise condo on the first day of the four-day delivery window. They each weigh about 70 lbs but they were easy to push into place. There is no assembly required at all, and directions for use were quite clear. Immediately upon opening the boxes, the quality and care in manufacturing was apparent and I am more than pleased with this purchase.

This Ottoman Sleeper is everything it says it is. Very comfortable and sturdy. I couldnt keep my eyes open. I love it and its worth the money.
