Got this desk to replace my glass top desk that was starting to rust in a few spots. There are a lot of screws that needs to be hand tightened as they are the hex Alan wrench heads. Take your time so you won’t wear out your fingers. Seems sturdy but all of the shelves are held up by the screws themselves. The board itself is mediocre. Not cheap particle board but it’s still a particle board with I think Melamine finish so it is sturdier. The desktop itself is sitting on the frame so I have far more confidence of it holding more weight (PC and monitors). Got the 55in wide top but due to the built in shelf I can only place my 27in monitor. There wasn’t enough room for a second 19in monitor (unless you can adjust to a vertical monitor). There is enough space to fit my 17in work laptop though.
My one main gripe is that the measurements given for the bottom shelf where a PC tower would sit should be noted that the width is an inch shorter due to the cross bar that the back under shelf (the shelf under the desktop by your legs) is attached to. So if you move the side middle shelf up a tier to fit a PC tower the width at the top is a inch narrower. With the specs given I thought I could sit my tower square on that bottom shelf but it hangs off to the side because of the cross bar being in the way.
I was able to assemble this desk by myself. Missing two predrilled holes in the medal bars for the desk top. Once I tightened everything up, didnt make that much of a difference since Im not moving the desk. No problems and Ive had this desk awhile. I like the fact it doest have drawers. I know where everything is. Looks great.
I wish I could write a better review for this desk as it’s the perfect size and sturdiness. I am a college student and found the price to be great. However when the desk arrived the surface of wood for the shelves and desk came scratched up on both sides, so there was no way to hide them. If it were not for that, I would have given this 5 stars.
This is a big, beautiful desk. I love it. I put it together myself, though I do recommend 2 people (also says to have 2 people) . But I had a good time doing it. Just make sure you screw in screws straight.
It was easy to build. Unfortunately, two specialty screws were missing, so we had to get from the store. The quality is what you would expect for the price. It seems sturdy enough.
This is the perfect size for me and the space in my bedroom. Its helped me finally unpack the rest of my things and get organized. It is the best thing Ive ever gotten myself to help better myself.
This desk is beautiful and strong. It’s shelves has organized all our stuff. I do recommend it especially now during this pandemic that schools are virtual. My 4th grader is very comfortable with it.

Strong and Sturdy
Much bigger than my last desk and very easy to assemble. Definitely have enough room to have my laptop and printer on top.
